So, I made it yesterday. Lovely Italian stuff, very light and creamy, lots of pramegiano regiano do this well. I made it with cilantro and it wasn’t as good as with parsley, but who cares. Ate it with a good hoppy beer and Squid game’s last episodes. Epic one
Rather than water could we cook the pasta in chicken or beef stock? Not sure if there's an unspoken rule on this...would it change the flavor profile of this dish too much?
Love your recipes and videos. Any recommendations for a substitute for parsley when cooking for someone who can’t have parsley. Would cilantro work well? Thanks for sharing such flavorful dishes. 💕
i made this dish today. the flavors were good but i found out that i don't like orzo. to me, the texture feels wrong. i'll make it again but then with macaroni or risotto.
