Your video is very informative, my suggestion there is one mistake I found that it 1 hectare is equal to 1000 gunthas. Is it correct, I think it's 100 gunthas.
Here we remember 1 acre = 40 guntas.
1 hectare = 2.47×40= approximately 100 guntas.
