PMD music has such a distinct vibe to it. Oddly grand, ancient, and yet modern and nostalgic all at once. It’s almost indescribable.

The first part of this song literally makes me think of waking up on a somehow solid cloud, which is perfect for the dungeon

I had SO much more trouble with the dungeon than the boss as a kid
Don't forget the Hail weather effect that would always decide to start on the ONE floor where that lost Pokemon you were looking for happened to be on! 🙃

Mystery Dungeon was such a MASSIVE part of my childhood. To see people like you keep it alive after all these years with incredible remixes genuinely makes me want to cry with happiness. Thank you so much :)

Did you know that in Wrocław in Poland there is a skyscraper called "Sky Tower", and it is the highest building in Poland?
In New Zealand there’s also Auckland’s Sky Tower, which for a while was the tallest building south of the equator.

I don't know why but, when I hear this, I feel so.. free. Yes it's nostalgic and I'm not letting that blind me, but there's just something so mygestic about this, and so light, that makes you feel free when a breeze rolls in on you as you listen to it.
This is what it is to be up in the sky, without the use of VR or flight. A real sense of freedom

Pmd DX really managed to keep the difficulty of the original games, great remaster as always!
Difficulty, did not remotely keep the difficulty, but at least it played good and sounded fantastic.
@@matthewLkidder it replaced broken IQ abilities for broken individual abilities. I’d say it was just as difficult as the original
@@parkerbrandner9428 Thats why the game is easier in addition to more available items like tiny reviver seeds, normal reviver seeds, way too many oran barries and elixers. But I would say if you know whats coming in addition to these would make a pro laugh at the difficulty.
@@matthewLkidderBro DX is way harder than the originals, multi hit moves are even more broken and boss battles are way harden since the boss can hit more targets in the same turn

There is one thing I learned from you. As soon as I say “this is the best video game music I’ve ever hear”, you ALWAYS prove me wrong and somehow manage to make it even better.
I don't know why, there's just something about Pokémon Mystery Dungeon that makes it not only recognizable, but distinctly identifiable. I could never have heard a specific Pokémon Mystery Dungeon song, but I could still identify the fact it was from PMD. I still retain fond memories of playing Red Rescue Team using the Game Boy slot of my DS Lite (even though Blue Rescue Team may have been a better idea). I was unbelievably happy when the remake was announced, as I could relive my childhood. Geez, the nostalgia overflow is a lot.
There isn't much difference between the red and blue games besides some exclusive Pokemon (that you can still obtain using wonder mail) and aesthetic changes like the intro and text box outline colour.

I feel like I could reach the sky listening to this. I applaud you for remastering a classic track from an amazing game.

This perfectly captures that somehow echo-y, difficult to describe sound that Red Rescue Team’s soundtrack has. Something about the GBA gave it some kind of quality that doesn’t seem to carry over in Blue.
Chills hearing the wind instrument kick in at the beginning! This theme has a sense of finality about it that works perfectly for its place in the story
Just got to the electric guitar at 2:56 and it hits JUST RIGHT!
For me this is the best final stage soundtrack ever!

The PMD series had such rich, vibrant music, and I find myself coming back to it time and time again. Zame really captures the essence of the different songs while putting a new spin on it, and my interest is consistently piqued. Solid work as ever.

Weirdly enough, I didn't have to much of a problem with this dungeon. Maybe it was because my team was fairly well built, or the fact that I had a sentret with steamroll and the move follow me (that move is more useful than you think especially if you don't have a room nuke yet.) Really the worst part about this dungeon was the fact that my sanity was slowly going down the drain since I knew exactly what heck I was in for at the top top. I was so nervous about losing that I started laughing halfway through about how much I was screwed. Luckily I still had a crap ton of reviver seeds that I was able to outlast the ol' flying sky lizard, still pokemon mystery dungeon rescue team dx was the game that got closest to driving me insane (and I did the jump rope minigame in Mario odyssey.)

Man, I always preferred Red Rescue Team's OST over Blue Rescue Team's but that might just be because Red is what I grew up with. This remix gets me so hyped!!!!
