- Talking History, a new series on Rajya Sabha TV is charting the past of fabulous Indian cities and their history.
In this episode, we revisit the rise of Mamluk Turks, popularly known as Slave Dynasty, in Delhi. After the defeat of Chauhan rulers at the hands of Mohammad Ghori in the second battle of Tarain, Qutbuddin Aibak was placed as in-charge of Delhi. Aibak laid the foundation of 'Dilli Sultanate' and built on the existing cities of Mehrauli and Lal Kot. The majestic Qutub Minar was built during his times and Mehrauli came up as the centre of new kingdom in Delhi.

It's been pleasure to see that RStv is stepping up to digital media challenges and introducing such a valuable programs with sheer focus on content. Now you have to keep going on with this and other projects like discussions you have been hosting on RStv. It will take little more time to garner some sensible audience because there are only few of them.
Trivia :
1.The text written on This had spelling errors , done hastingly.
2. There are ruins of ancient hindu temple all around the site .
3. According to the holy book quran bells and flowers are prohibited in Islam, you can see the ornamentation on the surface has bells as well as flowers which is hindu elements found in temples all around the world.
4. The construction was done by Delhi JAT Society craftsmen (deberately suppressed)under the strict command of mughal governmentof Qutub ud din aibak 1190 Ad. Delhi had more than 100 jat villages since ancient times such as Lado sarai , Mehrauli , Shahpur jat etc. No mention of the builders in any text books in schools . Interviews with pre.1947 locals claim the monuments were build under mughal influence and forced.
5. The hieght 73 mts is too much for surveillance as described , even if you shout and alert anyone from top of your lungs from the very top of the tower , the sound doesn't reach to ground level. So it was usless in terms of security tower ,
6. It was described as an islamic architectural monument but it clearly has a star shaped cross section of a hindu mandala throughout the initial floors from below. The star shape was from the orignal megalith stone structure edit and incorporated with red sand stone cladding .
7. The history books shamelessly describe as a heritage but its a shameful disgrace of mughal envasion and an inhuman act to suppress the orignal builders.
8.The temples in the so called qutub complex (vishnu stambh ) were just edited into islamic styles by merely placing a shabby dome on top . All the pillers and stones were rearranged because such crafts could not be achieved by the conquering mughal craftsmen.
9. There are carvings of Hindu epic incidents of Mahabharata and ramayana carved all around the top of the complex . Along with the ashoka pillar. The whole complex speaks of itself and its orignal identity.
10. If we build a tall structure we always make sure the hieght is pre planned for which we make appropriate foundation depth and base strength. Because we cannot strenthen the foundation later to add more floors , which leads to collapse of the whole structure
The tower was build in 1190 Ad by Qutub ud din and later more floors were added by his son in law Iltutmish in 1360. So it would have definately collapsed by the load of additional floors. This was only possible if the foundation was dug deep by previous hindu temple base .
The foundation was granite and pre-flood hindu atlantean megalith much older than recorded history 3311 BCE when delhi was called Indraprastha duting the drapad yuga . Thats why it could support 73 mt tall tower for centuries , The persian invaders claimed it and very comfortably rebuild it. If it was on some other location around delhi it would be satisfatory to name it purely Islamoc structure ,
but it was "delhiberately" chosen on an ancient megalith for building the tower by Qutub ud din .
The same goes with Taj mahal , the foundation was already stable way before shahanjahan planned to built it , because its impossible to dig a foundation close to a river ..
And the books call these bootleg structures have "oranamental carvings" to cover a much older heritage on the site , they call it
" monuments ", sure great job stealing megalithic locations. People see this as a "slap" to our heritage when they visit and get reminded of the atrocities done by conquerers .
Archeological department have no fundings from the goverment to carbon 14 date the site so they casually registered it as Islamic Monuments. For them arial photography is the only archeology they could perform.
So stop believing the history books too much they were edited and your future generation should know these facts.
Bro, I know you got this from WhatsApp university when you said that Qutbuddin Aibak was a Mughal 😂. Mughals came to India in 1500 while Qutbuddin died in the 1200s.

The history of India is intricably linked to the Muslims and Islam. Even before the Moghul empire, Muslims were trading with India. It is sad that Now, the BJP is trying to eradicate the Muslim influence and history in India. BJP will not succeed.
Bcz they destroyed Hindu n jain Temples,Destroyed all Idols ! Never respected INDIAN culture! Converted lot of people forcefully! Still today they don't accept those mistakes , never try to apologize or sympathize! Still they arrogantly argue that they didn't broke any Temple although these facts are proved by Archeological Survey of India.

The best thing about Delhi is, when historians and journalists see Delhi only see modified Delhi not the Original delhi. As Delhi's reality can easily be seen even today.

Kashif Ali lord Krisna was born around 3200 BC. We are in 2000AD. So it is more than 5000 years.

The architectural design of mosques assimilated the designs of temples at some places. That doesn't mean that they have destroyed temples and built mosques. Only one temple in Ayodhya had been proven to be demolished.
