The new boss was definitely way cooler. It’s a shame it wasn’t fun to fight at all, the mechanics were executed terribly. Who thought that cable was a good idea??
@@gektoast4968 I feel like the ideas are good but the sudden difference with no prior introductions(or specific tutorial like how you can use the sidestep on Knight's shield is now a main mechanic of this fight) makes the boss more frustrating despite the new mechanics
What's this, a challenge that makes you train for how to beat the actual boss fight? It's not a tutorial but an actual hard challenge that prepares you for what's coming next? Makes me wish more games did this in that they actually try to use the final boss Mechanics to their extremes but separately to give the players a sense of growth when they reach the real thing.

Don't really think a barky snare works as well for a cover of this. Needs more of a snappy high end. Doesn't really cut through as much as it should but still stands out in a bad way (but thats just my opinion)
I'll say it again. THIS, IS WHAT WAS MISSING FROM THE BASE GAME. SPOILERS FOR SONIC FRONTIERS AS A WHOLE. So, you fight 3 well made bosses, get to the fourth and it's...pretty lackluster. with the main theme of the game, but eh...even then, not as epic as the previous 3 boss themes. well, there's the final boss! aaaand it's touhou. it's just a bullet hell shoot em up. pretty disappointing compared to the other fights. then, the final horizon comes out, and we have a TRUE BOSS FIGHT WITH THE END. not only that, but an AWSOME REMIX OF I'M HERE TO GO WITH IT. my main issue with I'm here base is the fact that it FEELS...sluggish compared to the other titan themes. I dont know why, but combined with the flat out unfinished Supreme fight, it just feels...disappointing. and now with the final horizon, it just FEELS like sonic pushing himself and his friends to THE LIMIT, ONCE MORE! and as I've said before. THIS, DESERVES TO BE THE FINAL BOSS THEME, OF SONIC FRONTIERS

Idk I really liked I'm With You from the base game. It's super motivating and has a perfect melody. It really fits Sonic's personality.
