All your videos are fantastic. Very pleased with the way you show footage and pictures of everything you mention. Your style is also very entertaining.
Do you prefer Macanta or the Canyons? Macanta seems to have nicer lots than the Canyons (much less congested) but the Canyons is slightly further north.
There are some power lines at both communities. I think the powerlines at Macanta are a bit more obstructive of the views. Otherwise, both are great locations and will have great amenities when built out.
Thanks for the idea and question. Those will primarily be in the heart of Denver. Though there are some great condos in and around the Tech Center. Landmark in Greenwood Village is one. While you may not find they are "gated", there is security. Some of these will have secure parking garages. (Denver metro is pretty low on gated communities overall compared to some other cities)
Hi Maureen, I actually didn't rank the 'burb I live in as my favorite. Thanks for watching a leaving a note. Hope this is helpful if you're considering the area!
Not all of Aurora is a hell hole. I grew up in Aurora, since 1962, but I wouldn't live anywhere north of Smoky Hill Rd. Everything south of it is fine.
With all the water-based recreation you mentioned, has the Florida State Bird [the mosquito] found the area in the summer? Great recap of the 'burbs. Planning a visit at the end of September. Go Gators! I guess also kudos to the FSU Women's Softball team.
Hi Alyson, I am moving to Denver along with my husband in June of this year. I realised renting a 2b2b in Colorado is as crazy as in Arizona. We aim to buy a house in 2023 summer and would appreciate to connect with you. I saw your video on top areas for affordable new home construction. Thanks for sharing the insight on zip code 80016. We highly need your advice. Please let us know better way to connect with you. Thanks! And keep updating us on real estate market as well as things to do in Colorado.
Hi, congrats on your planned moved, how exciting! My contact info is at the end of each video and in the description section under each video as well. You'll be excited to be here when it's 120 in AZ - talk to you soon :)

Glad you like them!
I love your reason for why you do what you do! Great video!
I appreciate that! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Keep me posted on the house your waiting on :)
Great summary….thank you so much!
Glad it was helpful!
Awesome
Thanks!
Thanks for the great video!
My pleasure! Any one of the suburbs standing out to you?

I enjoyed the video Alyson. Please mention suburbs that offer luxury condo living. 1800 to 2000 square feet. With nature views and gated. Thanks 😊

I think ranking the neighborhood as best, the one you live in, is a little biased.

Aurora is a hell hole. I have lived here for 11 years in several different neighborhoods both north and south. You have never lived here obviously.

@@rickj1983 agreed! Go as far south as you can!

We do have mosquitos, but not like east of the Mississippi :)
