we are using read to use professional potting mixture which already contain balanced composition of the nutrients . but to enhance or shoot up the growth you can add some water soulble fertilizers @ one table spoon per 2 gallons of water .

It contains about 8000 to 10000 seed in one gram . So it would be difficult to handle and sowing of such a small seed one by one . Watch my video part 2 of the sowing of petunia where I used pelleted seed that were sown one seed in each hole .
You dont need to melt the pellet covering by yourself . After sowing the pellet covering will be removed by the watering . pellets are made just to increase the seed size for easy handling as petunia seeds are very small in size .

Dont keep the seedlings under direct sunlight , keep it under partial shade . Your night temp is becoming low so it is better to cover the seedling with polythene during night .

For 100% germination cover the seeds in a cup with transparent cover and keep it inside the fridge under its bulb with 24 hours light. Spray water every 10 days. Seeds will germinate within 5 or 10 days. Don't remove the cover. Let it grow until the leaves touch the cover. Transplant it outside in shade after it gets 10 leaves. Never keep them in full sun. You will see flowers after 60 to 90 days. Each flower will close and die after a week and creates seeds. All the plants will automatically die in summer season even if you keep them in shade because the life cycle of each plant ends after it produces around 50 flowers.

The best fertilizer I experienced in UAE that is Sangral ( NPK ) 20:20:20: with Micro elements . One table spoon in two gallons of water.
Mix of various strengths may work better one week 20.20.20 maybe 10.10.10
