OMGosh! Thank you for the info about the static. My current DAC painting is huge with a lot of different colors and I would say that 95% of the drills were all static. I will try this method and hope it helps since I didn’t do it from the beginning. You are my hero! Thanks again!!! ❤ What do you do if there isn’t enough tack to you painting and the drills aren’t sticking? This is my first DAC painting that this has happened with but as I said, it’s huge! 🦄🦄🦄
@@IAMKAL1 I hope the isopropyl alcohol method works well for you. It’s always solved the problem with mine. But I still use dryer sheets too and the combination has never failed me. For stickiness: I’d tell DAC via their support. They’ll recommend their adhesive, but maybe they can give it to you due to their warranty or a discount or something. So far I’ve always used their adhesive if I have a part that’s not sticky. One time I used glue dots but that was for a tiny section and before I had the adhesive. It’s fixed the spots I’ve had since then really well. Thank you so much for the kind note. I always appreciate them and any feedback and questions. I’m also curious to know what you’re working on. Thanks again!
@@rainydaze6751 unfortunately (or fortunately), I haven’t really had this issue so I’ve never had to try to get wrinkles out. Sometimes, with minor ones, removing and relaying the covered plastic can help. But with large ones, it won’t. I have seen other content creators iron their canvases, but of course this is very delicate work with the glue. You can search “diamond painting wrinkled canvas” and several will pop up. Here is a creator who I’ve watched a lot and she has a good tutorial: ua-cam.com/video/F4zDfOJc_5c/v-deo.htmlsi=mAh8RDTQU-Dak6Fm Hope that helps. Sorry I can’t be of more help to you.

What do you do when your canvas has lots of wrinkles in it?
