I think you were born to be a chef, Jes. The title "Chef Jes" has a real ring to it and Mark, you could be the " Court Jesture ". What do ya' think? Your restaurant could be named," King's Castle Restaurant Compiments of Chef Jes". My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
I'm a pizza nut. Do think a pizza could be made out of the chicken salad ingredients , Jes? Who says you cannot eat well on an eight hundred dollar budget? You two are living the life of royals not paupers. Keep on keeping living your dream lives together.
