Glad you were able to record at the coin show. I did that a while back and almost got thrown out of there. One of the vendors was saying that I was recording him so I could come back and steal from him later. The guy was a jerk. Security made me delete the video from my phone. Needless to say, I have never purchased from that vendor. He is at almost all the local coin shows but won't be getting my business. I guess I am fortunate that I don't need to fly anywhere to go to coin shows. They have one almost every weekend (about 40-50 tables) and then twice a year they have a huge one with lots of vendors. Thanks SD!
@@NOTurbuisness-r5q there's a pretty big difference between filming a person without their permission in a private space versus filming their stuff. but the vendor claiming it was so op could steal makes me suspicious of the vendor, personally.
I’m the guy that saw you guys getting in the car as I was getting to the show. I told my dad I wished I got a photo with you all. Also, you never show your face on the videos so I wasn’t sure that was you from the back seat. Glad you guys made the trip. I bought a few things too. Keep up the great work guys!
Great video as always! Great to see King Richard and Adrian. Mark my word, these two gentleman will be leaders in Numismatics real soon. Great personalities, great knowledge and very humble.
I'm fairly new to the collecting side of things after having hoarded the statehood series. I went to my first show a little over a month ago, and one thing bothered me. I couldn't see the coins in many of the cases because my eyes just aren't that good anymore and most displays weren't very accommodating (the dealers were, I had no issues getting helped). I think many dealers could benefit from a different display system. Just a thought.
I started collecting in February. This is the only coin related UA-cam channel I'm subscribed to. This was my very 1st coin show ever! And i met Adrian 2 minutes after walking in. As he was appraising coins to buy from the 1st both i walked up to. So crazy guys are holding looking at all the same items i was
Great video Silver Dragons!! Awesome seeing Adrian and Richard scouting future stomping grounds! This crew kills it every time.......SHOUT OUT TO HARRY TOO!!. Harry is an EPIC MENTOR!!
Quite the selection available. Never been to a coin show before. Usually just go to my LCS but this video makes me want to check some out. Really cool stuff
Really great video pal! I’ve been wanting to go to a big coin show, but haven’t had the chance yet. Work usually prevents me from doing anything like that going to a coin show with you and the gang from Harry’s coin shop would be a blast.
Never have been to a coin show- lots to learn. Still trying to figure out pm’s and what moves to make. Need a pocket pinger or another affordable way to verify
Coin show are designed for sellers to trade and sell to one another before opening to the customers. If you are a walk in buyer you will usually be paying the full retail prices.
Harry has been around for a bit now. Can you ask him when you really started to not see silver coins in circulation? I have gone through a common amount of change and only have found 1 dime and 1 Kennedy that was a 64. I would love to know if it was something that dwindled down or like over night, how did work with people pulling them out?
Love the idea of a treasure hunt. When I was at high school the local market had a stamp stall with a big box of miscellaneous stamps. You could spend minutes or many, searching through for the rare gem, e.g. a penny red (i.e. a Victorian 1d stamp with clipped edges). Nowadays I like to visit a collectable store and root through their boxes of pre-decimal coins, especially the Victorian pennies, ha'pennies and once in a while farthings. Seeing any definition on a Victorian farthing is rare unless you want to pay big money. I'm happy to pay £1 for 5 Victorian penny coins.
Another great video, Silver Dragons. How could anything go wrong at a Coin Show when you have Richard and Adrian with you. I hope you had a great time.
Silver dragon vids always a great way to keep the fire goin and get through the work time!
This was epic, fun seeing Richard and Adrian out in the wild.
I agree. Attending a coin show with these two would be awesome!

SD very likely had prior clearance as media and got credentialed.
Yeah man, people think it’s weird to be filmed by stranger. Because it 100% is. The world doesn’t revolve around you
I film anywhere the public is allowed. Some venues are able to restrict filming inside.
Yep

I've been looking for a good coin shop since I started stacking. I'm an hour away from Sac. Guess I gotta check out Rick's coin shop.

Harry and crew are the best!
the stuff for the kids is awesome made me smile, can certainly say having a few cool and even just foreign coins as kid made me love them now.

"We don't call him Richard. We call him Shorty!"
We should put trump on the 1000 dollar bill
@@TheAnnoyingBoss Since Donny refuses to pay his campaign bills in numerous U.S. cities, the $1,000 bill would be worthless.
Great video, I enjoyed you guys interacting with the dealers at the coin show looks like a good time was had by all.
That's awesome... Wish we had more shows within a decent drive time...
