this is a living proof that composition and pace are so important, yet people just care about cheap fast camera movements and fast editing nowadays....
Thank you so much!!! Yeah the sunlight was super harsh and half of the time I wasn’t even sure if the focus was right cause I couldn’t see a damn thing on the screen😂 Got home thinking that most clips will just look very bad considering the harsh sunlight conditions but surprisingly after I made some adjustments in cineprint16 they turned out looking alright. But yeah, I’d definitely avoid shooting on a day like this, unless you have a monitor. For this video I set my exposure using multi meter.
holy..your composition and color are crazy!! Love it! too much is it 10bit log profile?! I wanna grading like this but my 10bit s-log3 footages are hard to handle. feels like there's something limit of saturation and exposure..! Could you give me some tips to setting or something please!?
What I got out of this, is that Full frame cameras are just superior to crop censors. This is the type of quality and feel I want in my videos yet I’m not able to replicate it with the Sony fx30. Not sure if it’s the camera, the lens or the editing software. Awesome Video btw 👏🏾👏🏾
I don't think what you saing is true about FF being superior. I don't shoot videos with a FF only apsc but I think that the camera does not matter too much, It is all about the composition, light and space where you shooting.
been using the v2 of this node tree for a few months - what are your thoughts on the "stock" being too punchy? found some interesting results across my bmpcc 6k and canon eos r
Thank you! Oh there are a lot websites with those type of assets. I get stuff from EZCO and ACIDBITE but you can also find a lot of cool overlays here on UA-cam for free! Thanks for watching
Can someone describe the characteristic of this look? Is the highlight more green or yellowish? What is the color palette? Do you push the red into orange?
That frame with the building in the reflection was something else. Amazing
Thank you so much!!!

Yeah, those "cinematic b-rolls" are overrated

0:41 the greatest shot i've ever seen, reminds me of the early 2000s sums up the aesthetic of my youth

Hey what film burn overlay did you use here I really like it , subtle , Ive been looking for one thats more subtle !

0:40 insane. Usually puddle reflection shots are corny and meh, but this is beautiful.
Thanks dude! I do like that shot myself😆 Thank you for watching!
Looks great! If I may ask what was your export settings? Did you export in Resolve Prores 444?

If anything this should give you the opposite lesson, it's more about composition and coloring!

great work! any tips exposing to cineprint? i did some tests shoots but i guess i shot underexposed
Big
Cineprint > Dehancer
haha I get what you're saying! I mean Dehancer is great and all but it's disgustingly overpriced!
@@nitratefilmscohow did you expose these clips, overexposed? I just got the cineprint. I also wonder if i should set everything right in camera first.
Amazing grading mate! Do you perform edits in resolve as well?
thank you, appreciate it!!! Yes I do
Where’d you get the film burns from? Really awesome work!
Thanks my dude! Got them from ACIDBITE and EZCO. Check them out...some really cool overlays
