Great review! I found it answered most of the questions I had about the Sage. Trying to decide between this and the Libra For your next review, would you also be able to show what the note export and OCR looks like?
Do you know why my pen doesn`t highlight like you ? It highlight`s as if I`m in the note taking part. And I also can`t add any note (that note taking sign does not pop up to me like you)
If you can find magazines from Libby, you can probably find the same magazines from within Kobo's Overdrive since they are connected to the same library. Annotations cannot be exported
Thank you for the review. I have a problem, I dropped my stylus and the nib broke inside of it. I cannot pull it out. Do you have any idea how I can make it work again?
how's palm rejection on the sage? i hear it doesn't reject at all, so you can't touch your palm to the screen when you're writing. is that true? sounds tiring!
You can but it's an area Kobo needs to work on. I would love to see my notes in a spreadsheet for example in real time and have the ability to air print annotations and a table of contents checklist. It would also be nice if it had speed reading training built in and the ability to set daily targets to get a book read in, for example, 2 weeks.
The Kobo Sage, the power cover and Kobo stylus is my worst purchase combo ever. My advice just buy the ebook Kobo Sage and do not buy stylus with the power cover.
@@teohontech7141 I apologise. I went back and watched your full review. It was excellent. Unbiased and extremely informative. In fact, it was one of the most comprehensive reviews I've watched.
Two years after this short conversation, glad to see people once having misunderstanding finally have positive nice conversation with each other after explanation. Internet sometimes have small warm place like this.
My Surface Pen worked, so I bought a dedicated Surface pen for my Sage. Works like a charm.
Best review on kobo stylus. I have watched a dozen. Your review truly address an user concern

Exactly what i was looking for - nice review - thanks!
Thanks, I'd love a review of the Elipsa for journals, diagrams, and organising if you get a chance
Really good review. Thank you so much!
Excellent info! Thank you!

Thanks for the review, I am wondering if the Stylus 2 is better?
Good review. Can you load magazines from Libby onto sage (I couldn’t without old kobo)? Is it easy to export/email annotations?
If you can find magazines from Libby, you can probably find the same magazines from within Kobo's Overdrive since they are connected to the same library.
Annotations cannot be exported

Search UA-cam for how you can remove a stuck pen nib. I read you can use a heated needle to melt and stick to the nib and pull it out.
Hi Teoh. Good review. Do you have any pen with 2.0 tip for Lenovo x1 carbon G9 laptop touch screen?
Can i use it for my iphone?
Is this compatible with Libra colour?
Not sure about that. Best to ask Kobo

Palm rejection works great since the note taking app only take pen input
Notes seem gimmicky if you dont even have the possibility to export them?

can you use the stylus while on dark mode?
Yes
@@teohontech7141 does the color go from black to white instead? sorry i cant seem to find any info on that part
RM2 is far far superior than Kobo. Kobo has a long way to go to catch up.
You cant change highlights color?
The Kobo Sage, the power cover and Kobo stylus is my worst purchase combo ever. My advice just buy the ebook Kobo Sage and do not buy stylus with the power cover.
Why?
Why? I heard the battery life is bad on the kobo sage. But then perhaps keeping it powered when at your desk might be an alternative
Stopped watching when you said kobo sent you unit for free.
I just present my findings that's all
