There is a mod for Mario Party 4 that only works on Dolphin, and it adds like 22 new items to the game. It makes the item system feel more like Mario Party 3's item system. It's a lot of fun

Mario Party 4 is one of the best in the series, IMO they should remake some of the maps in a later game where they represent better what they should’ve been rather than floating boards in the sky.
Best part about using the emulator vs Nintendo Direct is the lack of any latency issues nor any problematic connection issues that they experience when playing the N64 Mario Parties through Nintendo's crappy online service.
