i like your videos ,as a local, who rides as you do ,its cool and helpful to see the current conditions plus i get too see the ride w/o freezing my but off,,sorry you had to turn around, better than having you slide off the bridge ,good choice, always hard as a solo rider,to make a judgment call..,all the best for the season, cheers
Yes, I spent a lot of time staring at that bridge, but a long way out and no one around, so I think it was best. Cheers to you and thanks for watching.
Have never been up the Squamish Valley road. Such a great day for a ride and you had it all to yourself.....and the eagles! Appreciate the map you include at the end so we can all see your route!! 👍
Of all the channels I subscribe to yours is the worst. Why? Because you show me the beauty that I'm missing that is right in my backyard. I now want to buy my fourth motorcycle (it's been years) and explore when I should be home eating in front of the TV. I really appreciate these beautiful short films you create. Thanks for sharing with us! Stay safe friend! ❤
Shoot, speaking of big birds....this year at Lost Creek FSR, I almost ran into a huge Peregrine Falcon that was trying to have his lunch of Garter snake when I came by and startled him. He flew right out in front of me helmet and I had to honk the brakes hard. I've not seen one of them this far south, ever.
@@Kevin-do1wi Yes, the Squamish Valley is an easy gravel road. The first sketchy part is the climb at the gorge about 2 klicks in from the bridge at the start of the Elaho.
Just discovered your channel. I'm a fellow Tenere rider on Vancouver Island. Subscribed.
Excellent. Welcome!
I really appreciate your work. Thank you. 👌
Thanks!
I like how you put the map at the end. Keep up the videos, they give good ideas for adventures
Glad you found it useful!
Cool video man. Beautiful area!
Thanks. Was a fun ride.

Yes, the eagles were unexpected. Hard to capture on the cam, but they were spectacular. Glad you like.

Haha. You had me concerned. I love it out there. Get the bike and come on out.
Another great video, and more great inspiration to get back on an ADV bike. Think I may just need to spend some money at the Tradex in January.
I think that's a great idea! And thanks!

Raptors are cool.
Not as far as I'd go on my Z1000 Kawasaki, she's ,ore of a pavement queen. I should ake my TJ where you went, nice video.
Thanks, glad you liked it.
You can easily go as far as he did in a street bike. I've done it on my mt09

Nice used to ride this all year, you ever been to jones lake? It’s in between Agassiz and hope, if you haven’t then you need to on a nice clear day.
Never heard of Jones Lake. I've put it on the list. Thanks for the info!
@ oh wow, you’ll love it, can’t wait to see the vid
Can I ask how far past the hydro station did you stop where all the eagles are? in the opening clearing part
First eagles were shortly after the start of the gravel, with big numbers anywhere there is a side channel.
@@AdventureMine2022 I'm more looking for that open area. Is it the same area? Right after the power plant?
@@roniamarie Yes, but I can't see it on the map. Guessing within 2kms of the power house
Thought I read somewhere there was a slide on the S2S at Lions Bay last weekend. I guess not or repaired?
Yes, but cleared now.
Was this in November? Just based on salmon still spawning?
December. I thought it was quite late for a salmon run.
Why did you want the gravel?
I was going to sand a trail over the bridge. Think that would have worked.
Ahh gotcha...
Yeah every year they migrate to that area for breeding. Every year first part of winter they are always on that area.
Breeding or fishing they are very cool to see.
