Gender Reveal Cake | Guess what I am having?

Surprise! I am pregnant! I found out the gender of my baby just a few days before CNY, so I wanted to surprise my family with a gender reveal cake. Being pregnant means I am exhausted most of the time, so I wanted to do something very simple. I decided to put together a cake and thought some of my fellow non-bakers would also enjoy this "trick" homemade cake. Enjoy and watch to the very end to find out the gender of my baby.
Recipe
2 Cups whipping cream
5 Egg Yolks
2-3 Tsp of Stevia or your choice of sweetener
Store bought Angel Food cake
5 drops of Blue or Red Flood coloring
20 ( aprox ) Lady Fingers
Your choice of decorations Fruits, sugar, flowers, Ribbon.
