One of the great "Concept" Albums of All Time! Along with Graham Parker's "Squeezing Out Sparks," 1977, Every song on "3rd Perspective" is inextricably linked to the others lyrically & compositionally, much like movements in a symphony or the decontructive sweeps of BeBop Jazz. Love it!
I had to buy this CD, after downloading it on a file-sharing site. Long ago. Well I downloaded this exact track. But I like High Quality Audio, not compressed MP3's. I haven't looked at the booklet of my CD, but I'd like to know all the names of the Film Sound Bytes they use in this song. I know and have seen one of them that's on this track. "What's so exciting about racing against a Clock Anyway" "I Never Try Anything, I Just Do It". Which is also sampled on White Zombie's "Thunderkiss '65". It's a film called "FASTER PUSSYCAT! KILL!! KILL!! - 1965", directed by Russ Meyer. But the other sound bytes from other films I want to know. As I'm starting to get into those old NOIR B&W Films. From the 30's 40's & 50's. Which I believe is what their sampling. This is a GREAT SONG! & Reminiscent of that ERA.

So spot on with those 3 choices for coherent conceit albumx!
