    Mr. Gaskins, I was with you all the way until you said, “If a woman is concerned and worried about who and what a man is looking at or who he is texting” then that woman is being controlling, nagging and is pushing that man away.
    The man is looking for someone that’s not concerned with those things because it shows she’s confident in herself. This maybe true that’s what some men like and would want but I disagree that’s what a REAL MAN wants. I feel that’s more of what a boy or an immature man wants.
    I’m saying this because a REAL MAN should only have eyes for the one woman that he desires to be with. He should not want to be looking at other women. Don’t get me wrong…I’m not saying that ALL woman and men don’t look at other men and women that they find attractive nor that they should not look. I’m saying it’s the way you look. It’s all about RESPECT. Respect for the person you’re with and respect for your relationship. A REAL MAN should want to show LOVE and RESPECT for a REAL WOMAN if he LOVES her.
    Most women just want to be loved and respected no different from what a man wants. I could be wrong but that’s just my opinion.
    I’m not even going to touch the part about you saying how a man does not want a woman that debates AKA quarrelsome woman.
    In other words don’t have a brain or a mind of your own. Keep your thoughts and opinions to yourself. Let me do what I want and how I want to do things no matter how it makes you (the woman) feel. Keep your feelings and thoughts to yourself. Let me…do me!!
    If that’s the case…why does a man need a woman?

      Angela, Tony is describing a woman that feels the need to be a detective. Usually that comes from a place of insecurity which could have come from his past behavior in their relationship, or unhealed wounds from her previous relationship. A healthy relationship should be built on trust. If you can't trust each other, then the relationship is over. The quarrelsome comment doesn't mean that you can't have an opinion, or your own mind. He's meaning don't stay in a place of being disagreeable, or combative. Also, it's how you vocalize your disagreement. A soft answer turns away wrath. If a disagreement arises, you have the option to engage in an argument or wait until you both have had time to think about the issue. It may not even be worth the argument and you've entered into a conflict for no reason.

    • @angelaclemons9894
      @angelaclemons9894 2 роки тому +10

      I definitely can understand and agree with the quarrelsome explanation. That is not where anyone in a relationship should want to stay in. I believe it doesn’t start out that way…at least it shouldn’t. I believe it starts off as wanting to be heard and understood on both sides. Just like a relationship takes two so does a disagreement. It’s never one sided.
      As for the detective…you are correct. There are a lot of detectives out there both men and women but I still do not agree that for the most part it’s due to insecurities. I feel like it’s due to how the person they are in the relationship with is making them feel. Are they giving them a reason to play detective.
      I never go into a relationship thinking the worst of anyone. Everyone starts off on a clean slate. I have no reason to play detective until you give me a reason to play detective.
      Thank you for that explanation as to what Tony was describing.

    This is a great video.
    But I have a question; why would a man want an ambitious woman but a woman should be able to take a chance on a man that has potential
    It’s a greater risk for a woman to only work off potential because when they have children and he can’t provide they may make life stressful for the entire family
    I see your point that a man doesn’t want a woman that may be opportunistic but what if a woman has other feminine qualities that overshadow her ambition; like she can run a home, cook, clean, and good with children?

    • @BashaerB-h2c
      @BashaerB-h2c 2 роки тому +9

      Men like the idea of an ambitions women but when reality sets it, they start to despise her. When she doesn't spend as much time taking care of her self, or the kids, or him, when she is stressed and not relaxed it all backfires. It think it boils down to not wanting a clingy woman especially when he's busy, yet she's around and looks pretty when he wants her present. Hence the selective "ambition". It's cherry picking without choosing a package (full time working woman VS stay at home mom). We women should do what suits us because even men don't know what they want.

It's a 24 hour job and people constantly message you even at 2 a.m. If I had a new born, no way in hell would I deal with that AND with a infant that wakes up zillion times a night because they are hungry. How will a woman keep her spirit and mood high while she has to deal with her clients, her baby, her husband and herself? Do you know how long it takes for a woman to keep herself looking good? My brothers wouldn't let my mother shower in peace when they were little because they would constantly cry if she was gone. Rasing kids is a FULL time job that many men take for granted.

      @@Random.sachen1 Yes, I agree it depends what you are doing. However, I don't think women should feel any less just because they aren't traditionally ambitious in the sense they bring money in. Ambition can be put into raising kids well with a strong sense of self (which many people lack these days) and maintaining a peaceful home. These contributions are priceless and often taken for granted. A woman should have an option to want to work, but shouldn't be forced to because her husband doesn't find her "ambitious" enough.

    I have heard multiple people say that men are not concerned with how much money a woman makes. I say that's not necessarily true. For example, You hardly ever see someone who makes 6 or 7 figures dating some one who makes like 50K. So in a sense, that statement is not completely true. Depending on the caliber and type of man, they are concerned with how much you make. Maybe not the majority but some. They may not be concerned directly about it but indirectly they are because the amount of money you make determines the quality of life you have or will have.

    I always just thought it was me, & tried to give more to my relationship only to realize it's just 99% hard to gina a real man or a good man ........ I just got out of a 10 year relationship, questioning my self how can I be all this and be there for this man and soon as he gets his surgeries and I help him better his life he leaves me... Well it wasn't until I watched this video now I understand I just had a bad man who was still a boy and with all my schooling I knew better.. but once I put that 10 years of time in I didn't want to leave now I only wish I had sis a screening and not wastes so much of my time ...
    I said after This rediculous man I'm only dating out of my race but I see now he was just a bad apple a really rotten one 2 say the lease ..
    Thank you for making this video ...
    I now know don't just date & give my heart to Amy man he has 2 be questioned first because I am a Great woman & which I will remain submissive and respectful ambitious etc .....

    Question: I'm a tailor professionally. But I also make my own line of clothes which includes bathing suits. I model my clothes on Instagram. What are your thoughts about this as far as objectification? What would a "real man " feel about this?

    • @Okbutreally463
      @Okbutreally463 2 роки тому +5

      That’s your job, a real man though he’s going to look deeper. Maybe the type of clothes matter and how much you feel comfortable showing as far as objectified images or body poses. First impressions matter.
