Wondering which option is right for your business? I'm showing you behind the scenes of both platforms! Get 50% off Honeybook for a year: share.honeybook.com/amylynn or use code amylynn if you've already started the free trial.
*****NOTE: I can't believe I forgot to mention this in the video but Honeybook also has a scheduler feature for scheduling calls (could be used for scheduling sessions but needs some work). Pixieset Studio Manager does not.

This is the exact video we were looking for!! Thank you so much for doing this:)
That’s fantastic! So very glad it was helpful!
Thank you, this is a great help! Very simple, informative and straight to the point. :D
so glad it was helpful!

Glad it was helpful!
Super helpful! Thank you for this!
Yay! So glad it was helpful!
Hi Amy, your videos were so helpful about a year ago when I was looking for a CRM (you helped me decide on Honeybook) and setting up my Honeybook. But, now, I am wondering if I can do more with having Pixieset and have everything all in one. I’m just wondering if you have any newer experience with Pixieset manager suit? You haven’t posted anything in a long time so I’d probably watch any new content you have!
I use both. Pixieset for client galleries and honeybook for cleaner proposals and invoicing.
This is the route I think I'm going to go.
hmm this is the route I might need to go
Questionnaires were just added to Pixieset last month 🎉
Yes! I added that note to the video description as soon as I saw the new feature!
how do you sell your work on Pixiset? or do you use something else and do the billing inside of
honey book?
I’m serviced based and I don’t sell any products! So contracts and billing for services would go through either Honeybook or pixiset studio manager. (I use Honeybook). I do have a couple of digital products that I use Shopify lite for.
Pete - Mike at Inside Real Estate Photography has a cool way of selling digital galleries via Pixieset Store. ua-cam.com/video/2qsCu5SSKBQ/v-deo.html
Does Honey book have galleries you can share with clients?
Also, does it have a Calendar feature so I can see all my shoots in one place?
Honeybook does not have a gallery feature as it is not a photographer specific platform. There is a calendar - I have it connected to all my google calendars so I don't overlap with any of my family plans by accident!
@@AmyLynnCreative what would you recommend for galleries? I currently shoot 20 weddings a year. But I always send Google Drive links and it’s just not sexy.
@@therandysmith697 I use and love Cloudspot! This link will get you 20% off your first year! cloudspot.io/?af2=_KtQfgskmgqM
@@AmyLynnCreative is cloud spot similar to PASS?
Studio Manager is in public beta...Like Amy said, there is a long list of features that are still to come.
1 year after, not much changed honestly
Pixieset is slacking been using it for the last two years
Thanks for making this video it is exactly what I was looking for. Do you realize that you say "umm" alot?
umm...yes...i am :) and that's with some of them edited out! i'm glad the video was helpful despite the umms!
couldn't get past the awful vocal fry.
i'm sure the world is so grateful to you for pointing it out...
@@AmyLynnCreative erm, right of the bat erm, erm, erm erm, Croak erm. Voice like a cheese grater.
