My tips are just to do everything in moderation. As I'm mostly in bed I found that I was spending alot of time on my phone, Instagram, Facebook, UA-cam etc, which can be inspiring but also too much screen time was affecting my sleeping patterns. I tend to turn my phone off earlier now so at least I can wind down and get some rest. I can relate by comparing myself to others. These social media platforms can be inspiring but some share things that are not achievable, with their perfect homes, lives or bodies. I would hate to be a young girl in this day and age scrolling down Instagram comparing myself to those photos edited fake photos 📸 I think you look great pet. You are a beautiful young lady, an amazing content creator. Very inspiring for all of the right reasons. Sorry that I'm chatting too much lol. I just wanted to end this long message by saying that I agree with every wise words you say. A little bit each day is better than nothing. My goal last January was to lose weight and throughout that year I was so negative about myself etc. But because I took photos and filmed things and now as I looked back I can see the difference and now I'm 3 stone lighter. I never went on a diet as such I ate what I wanted but in moderation. Hope this all makes sense. ( I have a disabilty so find it difficult to write things down properly). Thankyou for supporting my little channel. Thankyou for sharing not only amazing videos but wise words that helps me and I'm sure helps others. I hope this new year brings more success for your channel pet and I wish you and your family. Good health, peace, happiness and lots of love. Love Andrea ❤️
Best tip is not to make too many plans and take life day by day. Slow living is the right way to live that s how our grandparents would live and it s just a natural way to live and love life, it makes us appreciate the little things more! Happy new year to you and your family!
In a world that never stops, with technology & noise, i think it's important to make time to do things that fill you up and make you happy & content. For me it's walking in nature, enjoying wildlife, buying flowers, preparing and eating healthy food for myself, drinking tea, and reading📚 Little changes to your routine make a big difference. Taking care of your health should be a number one priority. You cannot put a price on that🙏🏻
A lot of people talk about comparing themselves to others and I have never really had this issue. I feel inspired by others and compare myself to myself. It sounds really difficult to know that so many people try to add up to the standards of life of someone else when they are not anyone but themselves. Everyone is in a different place than everyone else. :) Very much loved the scenery throughout this! Continue to be the best version of yourself!
Another beautiful video! You live in such a beautiful place 😍 I can't remember who it was who said that they recommend people who want to start to go to the gym, to start by just going to the gym daily for a few weeks and then going home just to build the habit of going to the gym. I really loved your reflections on being kinder to yourself! 💖🌸 Thank you for sharing such a wonderful video!
Breaking big goals into small (attainable) goals is definitely the way to go. I'm not a big fan of "If your goals don't scare you, then they're not big enough". I don't want to be scared by goals! I want to be excited by them :) Good luck with your walking goal, I'm sure that you will find a way to make it interesting and worth doing :)
Such a cozy vlog , I also couldn't continue my exercise. I'm also having a hard time continuing. Thanks for the nice message and tips. Sending my support to you my fellow creator❤
Beautiful video🤍 I'm currently reading this book called "One Small Step Can Change Your Life: The Kaizen Way" by Robert Maurer, and it has challenged me to exercise 10 minutes a day. Delighted to find someone who shares this goal and philosophy. Here's to small steps!🥂
Great video! I need to start the slow living because I'm always on a high pace trying to get everything and it affects my anxiety! It makes me even more anxious. You have some amazing views nature is always so calming..
Thank you for visiting 🤎 What are your tips on actually achieving your New Year's goals and what does slow living mean to you? 🌻
