I had right side paralyse in 2018 jam. Thereafter I had broxisiom and now I have pains in my gums
Dr says my gums of front 3 teeth are loosing grip. Balance of teeth is improper now after brain stroke
I am in a fix whether the upper right last but second which is giving pain should be removed or not. Please advise

Start using Fluoride free toothgel..Fluoride is really harmful.. One thing you can do is whatever paste you use, you take transparent glass and fill it with water.. And mix the paste vigorously in it.. After some time.. If black residue forms at bottom... That means Fluoride is present...
