Use first dabur red toothpaste then charcoal powder.
Charcoal powder can be very abrasive and harm you gums and enamel.

You said that Dantkanti pure ayurvedic paste h but this paste has 923 ppm of Floride.whereas the optimum permissible amount of floride is 0.3 ppm. Colgate has 1000ppm of floride.
Research shows 1400 to 1500 ppm of fluoride in toothpaste is best to prevent cavities.
