It's great to see Foxy9 step up and it's a sign of DRX's revival. Previously, Foxy9 was said to be unsuited to DRX's playstyle, but now that he's moved to Sentinel, he definitely seems to have found a comfortable role. Like Meteor in GenG, I think Korean players have been very successful in moving from Duelist to Sentinel.

Putting overheaters on sentinel role really helps sometimes. Same thing with meteor

DRX is definitely better with their new members, but it's still unclear whether they can make a comeback.
DRX's next opponent will be T1, so that will be the first hurdle. If they can beat T1, it can be said that DRX has truly recovered and is closer to being a contender for Masters Shanghai. The same goes for T1. If they can beat DRX, they will definitely be a contender to represent Pacific at Masters Shanghai.

With Indian roster they at least beat the then DWK which had T3xture in it. Plus the player pool is bigger in India now. It's annoying that GE has stuck with a below par international roster.

@@Notchosen7 maybe you are right, but how can we know for sure until we actually give Indian players a chance? TR almost beat GenG. Yes the GenG team was new back then, but TR almost aim diffed them, even while their IGL was bottom fragging.
What I want to say is, first let some Indian players play in high level games. If they don't win, at least they will gain the exposure. GE ain't winning with this underwhelming roster anyway.

@@mycricketingworld5328ifkr ? TR got one map against GENG, the team which played in masters grandfinals. It's a big thing tbh. India doesn't lack players IT LACKS OPPORTUNITY. I'm always gonna say this. These 2 9th graders in my school are immortal - 2. They have a tracker score ranging between 400-500. But they don't see any future in Indian Valo eSports. ITS IN GE's hands, they gotta win something so it will atleast give these good players hopes to go pro.
at this point ge should give it's slot to some other pacific team . And first of all i don't know why did they released texture , monyet and rossi atleast they were giving a good fight against teams like drx and prx . I think we should not expect ge to win a single match at pacific now . They need a proper restart .

GE needed to rebuild. Russ was probably a very good pick. They could have rebuilt around Russ,LightningFast and Texture -- Polvi is good but he has the same problem as Rossi. Decent with an OP but below average with a rifle. Monyet wouldn't have stayed since PRX came calling.

Dude he’s been getting out dueled every time i see him . For ge to win they need everyone to perform their level best . The reason why ge won against bleed was because of the heroics of benkai on split . In this we saw blazeking having an off game , benkai as usual from last 2 games not performing individually. Im really excited for 2025 season because then they will for sure sign indian players and then I’ll actually start supporting ge . Was only here for rossi and golu and will always be here for golu .
Benkai really washed. Stats on the second map don't tell the whole story he got lucky with Odin spam kills. Even in 2v3, foxy9 farmed him and he couldn't even trade properly. He's like half a person. Got diffed in calls too

Russ and Lightningfast are top 6 fraggers in VCT pacific league in terms of kills. They are way ahead of other team's star players. Individually they are doing quite well. Once the whole team starts playing properly and they fix their mistakes, we will soon dominate pacific.
