I have a philodendron Burle Marx that I grew from a 2 leaf cutting a few years ago. It is almost tie size of yours but a little less full. I staked it up a while ago and I need to attach a loose branch to the stake.I keep mine a few feet away from a west window and it receives afternoon sun. I repotted in the spring. I fertilize it weekly with diluted liquid fertilizer. This is my easiest philodendron and surprisingly the one that visitors to my house seem to like the most, maybe because of its size. I enjoy your channel very much. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for this! My philodendron got so big it started leaning a little bit too much (the roots started to come out under the weight 👀). I've never staked a plant this big so I had no idea how to go about it. You were the only one I found who I could actually relate to. Thank you! New sub here 🤗🤎
I just ordered 3 cuttings of the Burle Marx Philo...i am both excited & nervous. My plans are to put it into LECA and up on a moss pole. Do you see any issued with that? Also, your plants under glass are beautiful!! Other than looking classy, does the glass serve any purpose? New to your site & enjoying it!! Happy Holidays
Sorry, I hate that species type. I had one and it just went death sideways, I gave up. I did everything for it. It's beautiful for the right plant parent. It just died. ???
