My last name is typical of the region of Piedmont, in the North West Italy, where there are a lot of people with last names which are either Boer, Boerci, Boeri and so on. My top two favorite places in the world are Horta Faial Azores Portugal and South Tyrol Italy in the Dolomites. Northern Italians are the best. I'd move there in a heartbeat! I'm heading back out there either this December or January, to meet with my new cooking instructor in Tuscany. From there, off to Genoa, then the Dolomites (South Tyrol & Bolzano), unsure about anywhere in the south, due to their giant illegal migrant disaster.

Wrong! Italian food should never be mixed with any other cuisine! It creates a nasty mixture of flavors!🤮

I’ve absolutely loved all of your videos, but there’s just something about this one that had me smiling and laughing the whole way through. How welcoming and open and just funny all of the locals were, how warmly they embraced him introducing something totally new, you going back to the man and his family who make the star ingredient that Adrien uses because he hadn’t gotten the chance to try it. So many amazing and heartfelt moments in this one; being able to see China and Chinese culture through your eyes has been a joy and a pleasure, thank you so much for these videos Amy, and for being so kind and open and so completely you! 💕

I'm really intrigued by this video! AMY YOU DID IT AGAIN!
I am super curious about Adrien's story and it made me think about Any starting a second channel and learning more about the stories of people she connects with on these adventures. Such a good "interviewer" that it just made me think.... I'm going to need Adrien to take Amy around the village.

Correction: When Amy asked how do people eat fermented tofu, the subtitles said "Like when you have breakfast, pair it with rice". Actually the guy said pair it with porridge. Actually it's more commonly paired with porridge as breakfast.
