@@NajraKhatun-d4s no,it boosts both offensive stats,not just electric moves.I knew about speed,but I just want to explain why people assume pikachu would beat charizard,also that’s very depends on their ivs evs and natures.If pikachu was faster it would very likely to just erase him from existence idk..

The guy that played as red let him win. Against cinderace should take out lapras and use water attacks instead charizar and use fire atackd (cinderace resist it).

Lapras is great but Red should of had Espeon here for that type balance. He has 2 Water Mons and 3 Mons with Electric Weaknesses including Charizard.
