Because ghosts and demonic rituals aren't real and have never been proven to exist whereas spiders are real and some people can't help but be terrified of something
Love these videos so much, so glad to have found your channel and just seeing all the amazing places you explore. To think of all the people that have set foot in the same place with different lives and stories to tell, it's incredible!!!
5:26 "Unbluelieveable" Haha I gotta say Josh, you got the laughs rolling over here. Your tempo is non stop fantastic when you traveled through the cave onto the shaky bridge. Thank you for all that you explore.
Love seeing you go across the world your videos always put a smile on my face, it feels like watching a friend succeed you! seem like such a genuine kindhearted compassionate person and you deserve all you are acheiving.
It is pretty cool how you are showing us around Japan and I like how you gave us the information on how to go there with a better price. My friend is moving to Japan next year so its awesome to see what all she sees through someone else's perspective but of course I will visit her from time to time.
can't wait for the aokighara vid ALSO theres supposedly some abandoned coal mining town in the mountains and its always foggy there and ive seen pictures of this place and its uber creepy
So I used to be scared of spiders as much as you, but I was able to sort of get over my fear of them! I actually have a pet tarantula, she is so cool, so laid back, and oddly very spoiled to being held! you should try it. it's not as bad as you may think! :D
Yes. Never be the regular tourist when you visit somewhere new! You miss out on so many hidden gems! :) That old bridge freaked me out way more than the potential spiders tbh! Really brave. Thank you for showing of this wonderful village and it's surroundings! Cheers :)
OMG I just LOVE watching your videos because i love exploring places too! Thanks to you I get to see the world and places most people have never seen! 😊👏😊😊👏👏👏👏
Thank you for the videos it's my way of getting out I'm disabled I lost my arm a year ago and still getting use to things as they are we love ya guys ..we like watching l like ones maybe from Uk and London too keep up the good work and take a net-ed jungle Boonie with you good for all those flying insects wooo hooo.....Keith out.!!
Just started watching your stuff Live your stuff and for a 43 yr. old I wish I would of had half the guts you do!! keep up the great work you have took me out of my little hole in Michigan.
Spectacular scenery. I didn't realize that your spider phobia was so bad.you are so brave in other ways that it's ok.It cancels it out.I admire the fact that you showed that side of yourself. Can not wait for the next adventure.Thank you so much for sharing.
+Urban Exploration Finland with Janne Flinck The brittle clarity is thanks to the 60 fpm rate of whatever he uses. IMHO it makes handheld footage really jarring to watch.
Just discovered your channel and I am already addicted. Finally: someone who understands my love of exploring and adventure, but my hatred of spiders :P Definitely subscribing!
I hope you don't find someone that actually committed suicide in the forest, that would just be horrible! Please if you find colored rope lines in the forest don't follow them :'(
The ropes/colored tape is there for anyone who goes into the forest, even just to explore, to be able to find their way out. The Aokigohara forests are very big and deep and so it is easy to get lost, but yes, these ropes/colored tape is used by everyone and so also those who have come to end their life in the forest. I guess it can be both bad and good to follow the ropes/colored tape.
hi Josh. you are ultimately my favorite. I love the fact that you love to just explore. I don't get the chance to go many places I havent been. with you I get that chance. thank you. never stop exploring.
I can't help but get a bit offended about that even thou you probably don't mean to offend me. I got bullied in school very many years becsause i was ''ugly'' and looked/sounded like a boy.
"i don´t know if this is a good idea" Is third level of exploration, first level would be tourism, second level is just exploration, what the fourth level is idk, im just making stuff up.
It's frustrating, I really don't like this guy, I find him very loud, rude and frankly obnoxious, though I love his content. It would be 100 times better if he didn't shout at the camera and dramatise every small thing in his videos.
I love watching your videos. Your awesome man. You make me want to go out and explore. Also you do an amazing job editing all your vids. I know this one is old...but I still love it.
No offense Josh, but your grammar limits your commentaries, i know its not important at all, but just hearing some of the simple things that you mix up is just irking. You live a life that many want to, and thats awesome hahah
+Marrshuun Awesome scenery, awesome video quality, but yeah his tiny lack of vocabulary describing his adventures ruins the immersion a little bit as everything just seems plain. Overall awesome videos though!
Let's be tolerant and accepting. I have a friend with an LD who makes similar mistakes while speaking. I don't know Josh's situation, but he seems so kindhearted and excited about life that it doesn't matter. His videos always put a smile on my face and that's what matters.
+LifeStalker I don't mind his shitty grammar. It doesn't define him as a person, can you imagine Josh making comments like "serene blue waters" or "intricacies of the mountain"? 😂 Some millenials (in specific parts of the US) grew up speaking only slang, it's just how it is.
LosAnggraito I didn't mean it like that, he seems like a cool person. I'll take it back, his language isn't worth picking on as his video is just as great as it is.
I really am so enjoying your videos... as these are places I know I will never be able to visit.. but we get to tour them through your camera... how interesting these have been!
Of course you need to do a candy and snacks review! I'd love to see it. I'd also love to see food reviews. Love this video. Hopefully I'll be able to visit japan one day. Fingers crossed. Can't wait to see what you have coming up in this Japan series!
love the videos. im watching them as they come have always wanted to go to japan. and this makes me want to go even more. be safe there keep the videos coming.
+Exploring with Josh I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT SPIDERS!! When you yelled 'SPIDERS'...I instantly had chicken skin (goosebumps)! While my husband and I were stationed in Hawaii (Schofield Barracks-Army) From a spider bite...I had a hole on my neck...this hole was deep enough where I could have placed the tip of my pinky inside...UGH!!! You have some big Kaunas...LoL...I'm just SAYIN'! BTW, LOVE YOUR VIDEOS-ACTUALLY, I get so excited when I receive a notification (via UA-cam) that you have post d a new video!! Not sure if you have ever visited/videotaped in West Virginia....if not there is SO much history/abandoned towns here! Especially coal mining towns!
Yes please don't forget about your lady viewers. we need some love too😉 haha! awesome video as always. Thanks Josh👍

Josh, not afraid of ghost or demonic rituals, but is afraid of spiders. 😂
A harmless spider can be a boner death spider
lmao made me die laughing
Because ghosts and demonic rituals aren't real and have never been proven to exist whereas spiders are real and some people can't help but be terrified of something
Can relate
And heights
Thank you for the videos. My life kind of sucks recently, but your videos make my day a little bit better.
+Peter Wulf im glad to help you out
Just dont go "Off the Map" In suicide forest. You might end up finding a dead body..
Fantastic cave find and I know what you mean about spiders lol :)
I love your phobia of spiders,Josh. I don't like them either and I *hate* spider webs lol.
So you don't like Spiderman?
I'm afried of spiders and the webs too. I love going to the forest, but everytime I go I'd just give up if I saw spiders.
That water is so blue that it's green. -Josh 2016
Love these videos so much, so glad to have found your channel and just seeing all the amazing places you explore. To think of all the people that have set foot in the same place with different lives and stories to tell, it's incredible!!!

+Exploring With Josh hello. 😊

That, my friend was a service tunnel, built for those cables.
It is pretty cool how you are showing us around Japan and I like how you gave us the information on how to go there with a better price. My friend is moving to Japan next year so its awesome to see what all she sees through someone else's perspective but of course I will visit her from time to time.
great thing is you cant read the no trespassing sings. ;)
Haha Josh's reaction to the spiders was priceless. I've never seen a guy that is afraid of spiders especially that afraid 😁💙
can't wait for the aokighara vid ALSO theres supposedly some abandoned coal mining town in the mountains and its always foggy there and ive seen pictures of this place and its uber creepy
I love that you say "some of them has" it just makes me so happy and I don't know why!
For those wondering, Shirakawago is the setting for the Higurashi series.
Thank you cuz i was
You make you videos 'even more better' when you express yourself In that wonderful way
So I used to be scared of spiders as much as you, but I was able to sort of get over my fear of them! I actually have a pet tarantula, she is so cool, so laid back, and oddly very spoiled to being held! you should try it. it's not as bad as you may think! :D

+Urban Exploration Finland with Janne Flinck The brittle clarity is thanks to the 60 fpm rate of whatever he uses. IMHO it makes handheld footage really jarring to watch.
I recommend a Canon s100.
I think its a samsung NX 1 or 2 he broke his NX 1 at some point.
Oh its expensive by the way.
He has an A7S2 but it's like $5,000 just buy a 4k Apeman travel camera from Amazon.
I just found you channel and i have been watching your adventures for 3 days. what an awesome life you hsve created for yourself. love it
I make my 3 year old cousin kill spiders for me
Just discovered your channel and I am already addicted. Finally: someone who understands my love of exploring and adventure, but my hatred of spiders :P Definitely subscribing!
For a person who explores abandoned things, you are really scared of spiders.
And I'm afraid of snakes
Josh, I'm in love with your videos I love exploring. We explorers make our own paths. Someday I will get to travel around the world like you.
I hope you don't find someone that actually committed suicide in the forest, that would just be horrible! Please if you find colored rope lines in the forest don't follow them :'(
Yea plus that's a dangerous thing to do 😩
why

I guess it can be both bad and good to follow the ropes/colored tape.
+Teeges Donnelly Going there in a year or two hopefully, that forest is so fascinating.
*****
i meant to ask why is it a dangerous thing to do
hi Josh. you are ultimately my favorite. I love the fact that you love to just explore. I don't get the chance to go many places I havent been. with you I get that chance. thank you. never stop exploring.
thanks so much for the tip for us broke ass people

Beautiful scenery! I always wanted to go to Japan! Thank you! I hate spiders too!!
why do you think you don't have many girl subscribers...? I'm a girl and ive watched all of your vids...
I can't help but get a bit offended about that even thou you probably don't mean to offend me. I got bullied in school very many years becsause i was ''ugly'' and looked/sounded like a boy.
+Mari Same i found his channel like a couple hours ago and i'm watching all his videos rn

Abigail Parisius His vids are great! :D
Yes definitely:)
I like how genuinely scared you was of the spiders not messing around lol
That's a very confusing video title.
"i don´t know if this is a good idea"
Is third level of exploration, first level would be tourism, second level is just exploration, what the fourth level is idk, im just making stuff up.

Same I like the content but he says so much dumb stuff in his videos
I'm gonna pretend I didn't see this comment and just think I'm just commenting on a random comment.
I agree
you'll grow to like him
I feel sort of bad now, thank you for posting these cool videos, but just tone it down a bit! Not all of your audience consists of 10-14 year olds! :)
I love watching your videos. Your awesome man. You make me want to go out and explore. Also you do an amazing job editing all your vids. I know this one is old...but I still love it.
Why are you talking so loudly? Don't you know talking loudly is frowned upon in Japan, in public and on the public transport? :D
thanx for the info on traveling its really helpfull for people like me that want to get out and explore the world love your videos keep it up :)

Ok, I had to sub as soon as he ran off yelling "Big ass SPIDERS!!!". I'm so with Josh on that... no spideys!
great videos! I totally understand the spider fear! I'm not usually scared of them, but had one to jump on me. scared the crap out of me. 😨
