My grandparents live very close to a railway mainline and the noise the trains make is still overshadowed by costant noise of cars from the highway which is at least 500m away.
24:00 don't worry about the direction of the cars. Reverse in and forward out is the superior method to park in perpendicular spaces. It allows for better visibility when leaving. And you get trunk access from the curb.
Regarding the intersection of Manor Street and Phoenix Bridge Road, how about using the road builder mod to create a short segment of dedicated bus lanes in both directions on the outer lanes of Phoenix Bridge Road, instead of a bus station bay? The stops could remain in the same spot, and the road wouldn't need to be much wider. This would allow the buses to enter and exit the stops more smoothly - basically like at 52:48
Everyone backs into spaces where I live. I find it weird. I've even seen someone back into a space that had an open space in front it so they could have pulled forward through it and still been "parked backwards". Crazy.
Sweet build Scunny! Leaside Estate I reckon... since it's next to the river. But... you've got _MoveIt_ so _UseIt_ maybe? Got finer control without the expense when tweaking building locations but that's mere nitpicking.
I'm late to comment but for me is non odd to see car facing the front on the street, in Japan for example they prefer to park in reverse. I must say that it is not a bad idea, given the fact that it is difficult to exit the parking space in reverse than normally going forward
Better late than never! It's kind of a mixed bag here in the UK, but I think most drive straight in so they can pull the supermarket trolly close and load their car easier
@SunnyScunny well, i think in that circumstances they do the same thing, also i know that the first arrive in the parking area of the factory/office park at the fordest corner of that, so they leave the spot on the front for who arrived in last minutes (I'm sorry for the English, I'm trying to not use the translator)

Thanks! And true! But the space between the curb and car is the break in immersion for me - need more chaos in me cities haha
@@SunnyScunny ah I see. I also thought the extra space behind the car looked strange
Love the low rent blocks! Very reminiscent of many real life developments
YES NEW SUNNY
Fantastic work. You clearly deserve more audience.

Good idea!!
Fantastic episode. Looks great!
I look forward to every video! Thanks for sharing
You can dedicate a school for every area because students live far away from few school

Why not Farmington Heights for the little complex you built? It’s a little homage to what used to be there.
Hey :) I really appreciate your practical, human sized, creative style. What about Bankside Terrace for the name of the new neighborhood ?
Very cool
Builds looking great. What was the issue you had with Domes parking? They have disappeared for me so I’d love to know what the fix was. Thanks!
In the mod settings for Asset Packs Manager, I had Adaptive Asset Loading turned on. After turning it off, everything appeared following a restart.
@@SunnyScunny sweet thanks. Great job figuring that out! I was lost without those placebos/functioning parking spots.

I just love the realism of moving a park for a measly $100 🤡
55minutes? Movie night!

A good name for this neighborhood is West River Bank or North River Bank. Any cardinal direction would be good I think.
River daley for the new area
Nice
