Curious. I practice fear confrontation (Meditation about confronting them). I thought I had all my fears confronted for the most part. However recently I was shown how I still fear not reaching my academic goals. So I have started to confront these fears specifically.
i don't like it when people are mean i only love prefer when most are nicer friendly to me in my honest opinion and i also wanna say that i think there is nothing wrong with if some want to stand up for themselves fight fire with fire get fed up getting treat it badly i think it's ok if some don't want to forgive them i think there is nothing wrong with that at all it's not bad thing at all i think it's good natural thing to me sure i do agree when some of us let them get to us we are taking our power away but at the sametime i still think it's ok if some choose to called them out on there behavoir reacting just like i think there is nothing wrong if some choose to not take it personally don't fight fire with fire how someone treat them bad that don't react i think it's ok if some choose to want to forgive them because i respect everyone's differene free will it's ok for us to be difference that's what makes us unique i think nobody is wrong express how we truly feel i just think we need a balance of both light and dark we can't have light without dark i just want to share my honest point of view perspception but i respect your perspective take but i don't get me wrong the only thing i do agree resonate what you said we are powerful beings do what makes us happy because i always don't like being force to do certain things i don't wanna do like go to school, work a job and pay for things slave prison martix system
