this used to be in the country and I loved it. Today it is becoming crowded for me and prices are outrageous. No way!

Very FEW young families, therefore very few Children. They closed the grade school in the Village of Oak Creek several years back due to shrinking enrollment. IRRC the Sedona Red Rock High School is also seeing declining enrollment.
