If I remember correctly (I went through so much footage), the first is from the Vulgar era, so maybe The Code of Vulgarism, and 0:51 would have to be from their Gauze to Macabre era. Judging by the quality, it could be the Macabre DVD, Osaka Jo-Hall, or the Gauze DVD.

Almost all of the backing vocals live are him. One of the only ones that isn't is 24Cylinders which Die is the one whispering in the verses.
