I was tempted to blind buy Almaz as well but because of the reviews on Parfumo saying that it's quite synthetic smelling, I opted out for a decant and I'm glad that I did so since it was just a synthetic bomb to me from the opening to the dry down.
At 5:13 If you layer 2 parts Mizensir "For Your Love" with 1 part Kilian "Rolling in Love" you will get YSL "Mon Paris".. but [much] better quality. They layer So Good, together ❤

My favourite raspberry-forward fragrance is Aurum; it was by the terribly named 'Kemi Blending Magic' which is now incorporated under the Xerjoff umbrella in their signature packaging. This is a smokey raspberry. There's no dupe for it. It's worth trying out when you want to avoid the tartness raspberry can often bring or enhance. For example, I dislike PdM's 'Delina' because that sharp rhubarb note is so sharp on my skin, almost as metallic as certain saffron notes which manage to entirely dominate and ruin so many rose-oud-leather fragrances out there-- berries can do the same thing. This one doesn't have a tartness, nor does it have a syrupy quality; the character is SMOKEY and there's a cloudy heavy sweet density in a similar way to Absolute Aphrodisiac by Initio or Gold Myrrh Absolute by Carolina Herrera. But unmistakable raspberry there. It's not a talcum powder experience: it's denser than that. I'm glad I found your channel, I love hearing passionate articulate curious people share their discoveries, knowledge, opinions and experiences.

They are very intense and complex! I would enjoy testing them again under a more relaxed pace. The other new release, Aridal, Is an easier fragrance to love (clean wood).

I just wish that they made bottles for people like me that are not into the ornate models. They should just sell that beautiful juice. It is amazing. Back to the video

Oriana is okay but its weird it smells like an orange creamsicles on me

I have a small sample that I won and after using it once…I have been saving it for a special occasion, because I love it so much and it’s so hard to get 😂! Love raspberry in fragrance when it doesn’t end up smelling sour. Have you tried 4160 Tuesdays New York 1955? Also Bath and Bodywork’s Sugar Coated is a great raspberry candy. Would love to hear about strawberry fragrances as well!

Out of those that I know of Minnie Mouse my favorite but I’m afraid to use it because of its scarcity. I find myself so grateful that I was able to snag this delicious fragrance at a discount no less, before everyone knew about it! . Do you know if they will restock it? Also wondering about Cream Chiffon. Sorry, that’s off topic, also my Mt Everest of fragrances and another you introduced me to Whispers of Truth, the one that never goes on sale-it did so I had to get it, I had to even though I have close to 200 by now….oh well. I got the chronic rogue extreme by dapper and it was soooo powdery. So I got The chronic rogue and it’s definitely better but still slightly powdery so not sure how it compares to the original

Kajal Almaz is amazing! I just love that one! Kajal does a good job capturing “fruity” without it being boring or fading to a basic sweet scent.
