we encounter a man who had been an invalid for thirty-eight years, waiting by the pool of Bethesda for healing. Jesus, the Son of God, approached the man and asked him, "Do you want to get well?" Through this encounter, Jesus demonstrates His compassion and willingness to reach out to those in need, regardless of their circumstances.
