Those houses should cost 215k at the high, high end, with a some kind of property fencing included, period. The city will eventually run sewer and city water pipe lines costing the owner down the line about 20k more if not 30k.
I like house number 2. Even though the lot size is slightly smaller than the first, the bathrooms are an upgrade from house number 1 in my opinion. I love the fact that the builder took time creating it instead of just installing these prefab showers.
House #1 “Roma model” advantages have fans in every bedroom and additional lights and also the closet doors were not those cheap accordion doors….house #2 advantages is that it has windowed garage door and covered back patio…I would personally choose #1
Nice homes. Great job again. I'm getting interested in Ocala. I've been Florida 39 years but always lived near the Ocean or Gulf. I gotta drive up and spend a few days.
I prefer the first home, but with the second home’s shower tile. Renzo would you recommend Ocala for a single person? Feel like it might be isolated compared Orlando/Tampa
I love the second house the back porch the color is right for me can you give me some more information how can I get the info on the house and is it still available
Nice Homes great pricing. I like the gray Home better with the High ceilings and all the ceiling lights. I also liked the air Handler in the Garage. The lot is nicer too, and the fence in back is $$$. The added Fans help in Florida.
I prefer house #1 because of the large windows, the vaulted ceilings, and the kitchen. I like privacy, and the front door is away from the eyes of the neighbors. The wooded lot next door is a perk as well as the white privacy fence Outback. I believe this property needs an inground pool and a screened in Linai.
We're trying to move to Florida and my husband has applied to construction companies and they told us that dont hire people out of state and our bank is requesting a offer letter or else we cant get a loan so if companies dont hire out of state how are we supposed to move?😢 i even checked apartments and they wont rent to you if you dont already have a job there im asking myself how do out of state people are able to move there ?! By the way these homes are beautiful and do they have CDD? Also any incentives with these home?
Great question- Home owners insurance in Ocala, Fl for a new construction home can go anywhere from $500-$1000 per year. Flood insurance is not required if your home is in a flood X zoning area, which is where the big majority of homes are built
Love some kind information for outside USA who wish to own there for vacation winter visits . Rules ? Thank you 🙏 excelente información. ❤ for 55 years and older ? Wish to own there .
I haven't seen more than 3 bedrooms and like a small den with 2 bathrooms in this city from all the vlogs that I have watched. Are there any new construction houses with 5 bedrooms + 3.5 bathrooms floorplan, single story over 2,300 sq. ft. there?
Can you explain why these builders only offer central AC and do not offer split AC systems? We have lived in Venezuela and Panama for over 20 years (much hotter) and must houses use split systems
Central AC is much more efficient and cools the house much more evenly. I owned home in the Dominican Republic and hated those split systems. Different parts of the house would be hotter than others. My home in Florida is cool every square inch.
Ocala is in the middle of no where! 1:15 from Tampa on a perfect day. Good luck if you trying to find work that’s not remote.
The sad thing is, these houses should cost 100,000 not 270,000
True
Its chip the foor the closet at all chip, this under 170 ,000 its ok
The land and materials cost more then100K. This is 2023. It’s called inflation.

Can you put a 44ft container Apt in the back yard?

I like this house very nice, I also like the well water with the water softner and filter
Great info and VALUE in these two homes! Perfect and honest presentation as always. Keeping my eyes open on this area for downsizing/retiring.👍👍
This was a very detailed and through presentation and delivery. Awesome job.

Thank you for the feedback!
I like the first house best

Okay is flood insurance policy high in price now in FL
great vid. good job 👍
With that being said😂. Great video
I like house number 2. I am concerned about availability of jobs in that area.

Number 2
Don't forget the bungie cords for extra security
I noticed on the first house, there was quite a gap between the bottom of the garage door and the floor.....I'm assuming that can be fixed?
Are these homes good for Airbnb?
Renzo just an opinion when you talk about the distance of the location, please use the map and highlight the routes like some realtors did
Hello, thanks for the feedback! We have already started doing that for the videos being published in the past month, do check them out!
Will they come down on price
Any info on home insurance cost? And ifflood insurance is needed?

.28 acres is hardly an oversized lot. My drive way is bigger than that..
what would the Home Owner Insurance (if anyone willing to provide coveraae) for these type of homes approximately?
Hi Jay! Great question. My past few clients that moved into the area with relatively similiar homes are paying around $500-$900/ year for insurance.

In Marion oaks, No. but DR horton has a Hawthorne model in Ocala that meet all of those criteria.
Gray 1 still available ?
The houses were nice, but I would like to have an oversized tub in the Master Bedroom.
Worth about 110,000 -120,000.
Those prices are never coming back get over it

I am coming to Florida by the end of the year I will contact you to be my agent
Hi Al, sounds good we would be happy to help🫡
is it a wood frame house or a cement brick one?
Cement block!
@@RenzoM4 Great,thanks!

Hola interesante location como podemos ablar sobre la compra de una casa
Then tell the new owner how much their home insurance will be, that will be the real shock.

Whats your lowest priced 4 bedroom houses with no hoa in marion oaks ?
Too bad you won’t be able to get hurricane insurance. And then, in a few years, they will be under water.
Well you can't afford those new homes because the insurance is too high 6000 to 7000 a month Insurance who can afford to pay that
Hi Rebecca, home insurance on new homes like this are $800 per year. I can send you a few quotes if you’d like
Where it’s in Florida

It’s so basic no special only 1300 sq ft
Texas more nice house and more expensive stuff applayed and more much chiper . I have to think again
Can I open carry a gun without a permit? I hope so, otherwise that is a dealbreaker.
