I picked up this case in Red from Amazon a week ago, and I’m already loving how smooth it feels and how tightly it holds onto my phone. I usually go for the darker hues to match my phone, but I always loved how the red C1s looked when I was a kid. The magnets hold pretty well, which is perfect for my MagSafe pop socket stand. It’s become my primary use case, and it’s even prompted people to come up to me and ask where I got it.
I’m looking forward to your review of the Spigen Enzo Aramid. It looks better than the Benks Armor Pro and the current price on Amazon makes it a great value.
The action button on mine was tight, but pressing it several times seems to have worked it out. The MagSafe on this joker though?? Love it, all around.
Yeah it might be something that can break in over time.
I love the look and feel in hand. The rounded corners are a great touch.

I got the teal one on my blue phone. Love it. I like the classic design cause it reminds me of the 3GS days with the slider cases. The rocker button will get better after breaking it in. As far as removing the case, you’re suppose to pop one of the bottom corners off and then you’ll have an easier time popping the bottom part of the case off.
Any issues with the removable piece coming off accidentally?
Nope. But you need to install the case back on with the hardshell on the silicone piece already or it’ll scrape at the buttons and chip the paint.

I take that little bottom piece if it helps with the tight fit. Plus I think they nailed the design that they were going for.
Yeah it helps it stay together on the bottom but just don’t want it falling off by accident.
I had this case for my iPhone 8 Plus years ago and loved it. I really want to love this version and I do. I absolutely love the design. But the action button is very stiff and idk if it’s just my particular case, but the magnets are so weak. It won’t hold my MagSafe popsocket on or hold onto my MagSafe charger. It’s an amazing design, kinda poorly executed.
I got my C1 from the spigen website - not from Amazon like you and paid 65$….. and they won’t do a price match… I like this case it makes the phone rounded like the 11 and I like that. The action button is hard to press - to answer your question. You have to adjust your grip to get enough leverage to press it. I also like the bottom of the case - it gives off original iPhone vibes. Its multi layer construction makes it solid and protects the phone well.

Yeah they going hard this year for sure. The piece at the bottom I’m not crazy about but I guess what’s it’s on, it’s out the way.

Yeah I need to do a standalone video on it for sure. Def a unique design but if you need that level of protection then it’s there for you!

I don’t like the feeling of the Action Button and I didn’t like that it added the rounded edges back to the iPhone, I’ve always preferred the flat boxy design
Yeah it’s for sure rounded off. I think it would’ve been very clean if it was squared off.
Got the graphite on a blue promax. Action button is doodoo and I’m not a fan of the feeling of plastic. Feels sticky not in a good way. But love how it looks.
Yeah the look is dope but I think those buttons are going to need some work.

Man I love this case but the little removable piece is such a pain. The small polycarbonate ring around the charging port snapped, but you can’t tell and it still looks fine but man it just felt cheap
But I bought two so I can just interchange the bottoms I guess
Got the same issues with my volume up and down and action button. Got a replacement to double check but now I am not hopeful lol

Yeah that’s why I really dislike that piece on the case. I’m on the side if just no extra pieces when it comes the cases that could fall off.
