Shouldn't have to do absolutely anything to "fix" or doctor a phone. It's $1200 to purchase and the phone is laggy, bugged out of control. The phone doesn't work properly. At all.
It makes me so mad that exactly at my 2yr mark of owning this phone this happened to me! Phones shouldnt be disposable, no wonder why gas is $6 a gallon. $1200 phones are just tossed out whenever we lose interest. And why is it we have had solar powered calculators since 1976 and yet our smart phones are still powered by wall outlets? I mean don't you think at very least we have wall plug in charge but the option to slow boost charge via solar??? Even a 30 min uv bath should give your device a 15% charge. I mean come on!!
wow my phone fell and had this issue. There were no physical signs of damage so i was puzzled. After seeing this video i did the forced restart and it took about 30 secs but it worked. Thanks much
I don't get it. I followed these instructions earlier today and my S21 did not work. I was making plans to replace it tomorrow, and PRESTO! it did. Thank you for the guide!
I brought this phone and have had nothing but problems with it and since the first month I bought it. It's trash but has the nerve to be the most expensive phone out right now. I might switch to iphone, this is rediculous.
Samsung might be laughing at these videos as based on most of the comments including mine din't respond to these tricks, my samsung galaxy s21 plus is useless now, I was using one plus 5 for 4 yrs, I'm back using that ( glad i dint sell it for 5k INR)
If it seems like it's not charging, hold volume down and power button till the white charging logo goes away. Then do the volume down and power buttons for 8 seconds again.
I have a question, My phone freezes at the Samsung galaxy logo, I did the restart and it still has the problems, Then I do the hard reset(Power button+Volume down and then volume up) It vibrates, But that's All, No menue to select anything Now, Sometimes it loads until the normal homescreen, But then there's something where it reads Android gets started(Like at your phone at 1.57 or a few seconds before that) and then my phone just gets of and on again Do you maybe know why that happens?
Same with you. I recently installed a software update and it crashed now I'm stuck on this black screen. I try hard reseting it, it goes on for like a few seconds then switches off. Did u find any solutions to your problem? It would be grateful..

The thing is, after i press the power button once to close my phone, it happens again and i have to force restart it again
