Welcome back to another installment of the 700bhp AWD build finally doing some work on it! but we ran into a problem or two along the way! but today we installed the s60r AWD Quaife diff into our modified m66 gearbox for the ST225. Hope you enjoy it!

Parts List for M66 FWD to install LSD:
Differential Bearings: 32008X or 32008XQ (premium choice) Many bearing manufactures have these from Timken, NTN, SKF (Qty =2)
Output Shaft Seals: TIMKEN 224040 (Qty =2)
Input Shaft Seal: Volvo 8675580 for 44mm OD or Corteco 1381798 for 41mm OD, you have to remove them to check. (Qty=1)
Blue Loctite for ring gear to LSD bolts
Anaerobic Sealant
2 Quarts of Volvo Manual Transmission Fluid Volvo 31280772 or 31280771
Could you just list out the part numbers? Not all of your links still work so it's impossible to follow them to get the PN for them all. Volvo and Timken ones would be helpful.

can you make a video how to do the wiring/ making the standalone ECU compatible with the other component and Can bus ? when you get that far. wiring is not my strongest side when it come to that.

I remember watching your AWD LSD installs a while back and recall you had a shim kit you had gotten for the install, do you have a link to that shim kit?

I have my diff / bearings and driveshaft seals but cant source the seal and o ring you install at 8 min 20 dose this apply to the st if so where did you get them and do you have part numbers thanks

It is an m66 gearbox I’m sure the freelander 2 is based off the mondeo

Dependant on how you wanna set it up, with some tweaking you can change it to 50/50, 60/40, 70/30 etc etc
