I discovered your AU with this video, stopped the video, read the AU (except the Snowdin arc because there's not the chapters anymore, so I don't have any idea of what happened) and I finally watched this video.

The fact that papyrus flew out of nowhere in a car and fell right beside undyne seems like logic
Great animation, loved every second of if! A rare example of an UT AU that has more that cool music - it is well though! Also great that you did not forget about the whole "Papyrus does not obey the laws of physics, they obey him" with him levitating
I love it, Undyne and Papyrus fighting together. A different au mixing Deltarune elements. Love it, you did something different from other A'us and you deserve a lot of subscribers and recognition for your Au. I'm from Brazil and I know a lot about aus, I liked yours. Congratulations.
Honestly the concept of the "game" (animation) glitching when Frisk starts quit out is a cool detail.
Another cool detail is the fact that Fractured Tale is more different than the Inverted Fate AU, but similar in some ways, however, I still find this AU a cool concept and this video a cool animation...
Even if it does mostly look like it's a fangame in some ways.
But overall it's amazing at how this was made, a 2v2 battle, dialouge and cutscenes in-between the fights and restarts, and also that the monsters fuzzily remember things if the "game" (animation) was quit in middle of a fight in which case is because Frisk was still alive and was the one to quit causing the 1st glitch.
Yeah, they do get some minor deja vu since they remember some details when you reset in Undertale (and reloads are basically smaller resets)

You can see that frisk's and chara's souls have a bit of reflex,but, Papyrus's soul does not move, because monsters only dodge If they have to

WHY IS THIS SO UNDERRATED. I haven't felt invested in an au in a long time
I love Fractured Tale, it's one of the best and my favorite Undertale alternate universes, along with Inverted Fate and Storyshift.
I like this battle, Undyne and Papyrus work great as a team. Frisk and Chara are my favorite duo, I always wanted to see a universe where they are both partners.
The animation is done at a high level, great respect to you, author! I love Pixel Art, it's nostalgic for me!

their may be two ways to play so it wouldn't be too hard;
1. it is a two players game
2. chara's soul is controlled by a bot
them : *thinking of not murdering and having a happy ending*

I've seen this animation quite awhile ago but I never got to say this until now so here goes. THIS ANIMATION IS AWESOME! Although I haven't seen the comic that this is associated with so I might be missing a bit of context but eh hope for the best for you and your team.
I really recommend reading the comic it's super high quality and reach near the levels of inverted fate.

Actually, the almost last patterns of dialogue failed. It was Asgore who create the royal guard to track and strike fallen humans down away and collect their souls...
We actually don't know if the guard originally had a different purpose, and Asgore doesn't want anyone to die. But ignoring that, they're referring to what Asgore would think if someone killed Chara specifically, which would not be good

This is a small and unnecessary thing to point out, but papyrus tanks a 61 damage attack, and he has 30 hp once he joins the party.
Yeah, he's not weaker but the stats just kinda translated differently when he joined the party

I'm wondering of this were an actual fangame, then would it be a multiplayer game, or Would you use WASD and the ^ for the souls separately, and if so, how would you control the enemies during the team attack?
Probably multiplayer, since one person would need WASD and the arrows to move the soul and the shield
It sounds really cool though, i guess papyrus would probably move automatically
If this was a fan game, what would happen if Chara where to die. Like would it change the story to have Chara not in it? In this Frisk always loads if it’s happens but what if the player decides not to?
Frisk would always automatically decide to reload and bring them back, even with a player
Undyne, sans and Chara are my favorite characters from the original My favorite character from aus and all is dust sans, then the killer sanses and the ones that have something different like delta and bird sans.
