Finally someone has the same carb as me lol how do we route the cable to the carb my bike is a project that I’m nearly done just trying to get the throttle cable on and I can’t get it to putt the slide up in anyway
@@aldapostol hey bro build was good sadly my work commitments forced me to sell it as my line of work was too hit and miss in the winter months I now have a 02 rm85 that I’m making fully road legal, I’ve had about 15 bikes since that dtr shame I sold it tbh sold it stupidly cheap running and riding needed a few little bits for 880 theyer around 3k now
@@aldapostol a little mate check my Chanel the bike had a lot of wrong parts ( ie I had a trz carb round cap alike this one above) but needed the dtr 4bl carb flatslide which I eventually sourced fixed tuned and then broke🤣🤦🏼 jus before sale but yea it did give me a good base line to follow then routed to suit my desires more so the bike I had was a 1996 dtr ( supposed to be a 3md but had a dtr 4bl full power engine but on the standard 3md loom ( I brought it with no spark suspected cdi but was just poor wiring as the conversion needed some more wires for power valve servo but less for the stator plate it was a weird one lol we wired it up 4 times but used to lose spark without strong 12v to speak unplugging the battery killed the spark to plug for a unknown reason but yea a few vids of it on my Chanel mate welcome to see how I routed mine in the end as I know everyone’s is different to suit their needs but it kinda follows the same line regardless
