the smartest idea you guys had was to invest in the business and not just vacuum and wash rugs. You guys have some REAL equipment now and with the use of different products depending on the situation, it becomes a super professional job, amazing business you guys have built up!!

At the end wow, first thing I noticed was how the white fringe popped and how nice the colors stayed where they should be. No red transfer. Great job.

Here is something I’m curious about. I’m a knitter and of course make a lot of things out of 100% wool [and the like]. I am absolutely mystified as to how the process [especially using the floor polisher] doesn’t felt these rugs. I’ve seen what water and friction can do!

Other people are interested in how you clean. I'm interested in how I can get your equipment at my house. Can you tell me about the blue hose and fire-hose nozzle you use? How do you get so much pressure? And maybe I missed it somewhere, but I always thought your orange-panel floor was a FANTASTIC idea for getting soil to not pool under the item you're cleaning. But now I see you've moved to an all-white solid floor. What was the decision-making process for that?

Maybe you could do a video talking about what seems to be for you, a business transition from rugs ... and on site carpet and tile cleaning etc ... to basically just a rug cleaning service with more high end equipment and tools to do this particular part of the industry better.
Is there simply more profit in warehouse based rug cleaning than mobile on site carpet and tile jobs? Or was the potential issues with complaints and issues of working in peoples houses just too much time for cleaners and office staff (dad) to deal with? ie ... less hassle?
It would be great to hear just what the mindset is to what looks like a change in what you do.

Those Heriz rugs love to run their colors all over the place. It saddens me when a customer with good intentions try to clean their pet urinne on those rugs and they end up bleeding a lot more than from the urine itself. Unfortunatley u cant add more color to the more "pale" area, but u can remove the color run from the lighter areas. Great job guys! Coming from someone who also washes them.
