This is the perfect personal size Bible, I am so glad they updated the PSQ. This feels much more of a personal size bible than the old version to me. I now call the old one the CSQ compact size quentel. I absolutely love these Schuyler Bibles, kind of expensive, but they will last.

I haven’t handled horween but I used a Wellington regularly. Wellington felt more like a waxy leather. This calfskin is softer and smells amazing. I would take this calfskin over Wellington it’s also analine leather
It’s a bit larger of a foot print than the previous PSQ. If you are looking for a hand sized bible that may be your best bet. I believe this Bible is better all around and is a perfect size carry Bible. The readability will be better on this updated version as well.

So far it still pretty similar to how it was when I first bought it. It definitely takes some marks and dents but it is a very high quality leather
