(i.e. Dev'Authority, Metro'Board, RegionalPlann'gCouncil etc) ?
What is the maximum allowed distance of TOD zone from the boundary of the metro station as per national TOD policy? Or what is the maximum allowed ratio of TOD zone distance from boundary of station to the average distance between two consecutive stations? Pune metro route from Vanaz to Ramwadi has average distance of less than 1km between two consecutive stations still TOD Zone distance was increased from 500m to 650m . On Colaba-Seepz metro route, the average distance between two consecutive stations is at least 1.4km yet urban dev department issued notice on 29 Feb 2024 of keeping TOD zone of just 500m from boundary of each station on Line 3.
