I have one question , after evacuation notice can you cutoff water supply of building? Also can you take action against corrupt auditor who took money to categorise building into C1 and later by IIT Auditors this building categorised into safe C3?
58 years old building of our co-op housing society was put into C2-B category by structural audit report of March 2021. But members of our co-op housing society are reluctant to spend money on repairs recommended by the structural audit report and instead want to go for redevelopment. Agm was held last week with items of repairs recommended by auditor as well as electing new managing committee in the agenda and after heated discussion voting was done to decide on whether to go for repairs or not. Majority voted for doing repairs and resolution was passed. But have doubt if the new managing committee will obey the resolution. Should a complaint be made to BMC & registrar to make the managing committee carry out repairs recommended by structural audit report & drop the plan of redevelopment?

The building is only 6 year old . but the condition is very bad .so we can do structure of audit building. And get iany legal action with builder
