The 12th court appeals in Middletown approved the theft of mom's estate, a WW2 veteran she left exactly nothing to the state of ohio, yet butler probate aka 'judge randy rogers' handed her estate to the state of Ohio and conspired with Millikin Fitton employed by ohio AG to do so. William Young an ex judge of the middletown appeals court was well aware of this when the same attorney for the Ohio AG got an opinion from one William Young on or about Nov. 13, 2007 about some state affair. On or about 5 may, 2008, the same William Young, not so old as to be excused for forgetting that Millikin Fitton had for at least a century been handling Ohio AG work, handed mom's real estate in Penobscot co. Maine over to the millikin fitton client who had sold out anther aspect of the estate with co-conspirator Rogers. Butler co did a nice quid pro quo with lawyers for the ohio AG and were well aware of what they were doing. All the judges were written up to the ohio sup. court disciplinary counsel John Coughlan who falsified during the supreme court cover up of the affair. Lanzinger was written up as well.
