Just got an offer for civil engineering at Nottingham, how would you rate the overall facilities for engineering (labs, study spaces, etc). Also are all the lecturers approachable and willing to help. Great vid!
Hey, I am a physics second year student and I know Frosty, so I know a little about the engineering facilities. I just wanted to say that the facilities in general and especially for engineering are great, so I do not think that is something you should worry about. The equipment used at University tends to be much better than any used before. Additionally, the engineering facilities are located next to George Green library which is a great place to study and go in between lectures; there are also study spaces in the engineering buildings. Finally, lecturers are great and yes, they are willing to help as long as you put the effort in if that makes sense!
@@frostyvlogs227 frosty bro I was wondering wether I'll need to do a maths test to get in as I did the same btec as u? I am predicted D*D*D*. Is it a good university for civil engineering. Thanks
I miss you Feroz. Love to see more content; yes I know its challenging with all the things considered. But I still want to see more XD

@@frostyvlogs227 Please can you do an update vlog long time bro.
Can you get into nottingham with only btec engineering level 3
Only? The course is worth 3 a levels it's difficult but yh I go qmul with level 3 mechanical engineering from college
Only way to get in is through A levels/BTEC now T levels or Access course. plus you can take on foundation year.
@@Oblivious00_0 is 100% of the people who apply for a foundation year accepted in whatever university they wanted.
Bro, can i use a macbook for engineering in nottingham? Any thoughts?
You can although Windows has been more useful. (E.g. needed virtual machines for mac books to load autocad and revit)
Ayyy !
Hahaha u know the vibe 🤩🤘
