My personal opinion...I have tried plant therapy, eden's garden, etc. And I truly feel Young living and doterra's oils are not as diluted as eden's garden. I am hooked due to the quality. you pay what you get for. I have the desert mist and compared to other non YL diffusers it has a much more powerful diffuse/mist.

Yes! The starter kit is the best way to get into oils! There were some that I wouldn't have even thought about using and love such as Frankincense. I use a drop of it every night in my moisturizer. Digize was the oil that made be a "belliever". I can't live without that one now, and even my friends and family ask for it when they are having tummy trouble. I do 1-2 drops in my mouth followed by lots of water. It doesn't taste great but it works!
ashlyncara09 you can add digize to a veggie capsule to bypass tasting it. That’s what I do and it works out great!

Becca, this was very informative-the best information i have heard. I have been on the fence about oils and the extra expense of the Young Living line. You convinced me....I will start saving for this. Also, I guess UA-cam turned off my notifications and I thought you stopped because of your pregnancy. I bought some essential oils from Walmart but I don’t know the potency of it..
I’ve heard from many people that some of these oils can be harmful to dogs. Is this accurate? And if so which ones? I want to start diffusing but have a little pup.
I don’t think that’s necessarily true. There are certain oils that you should dilute since it’s so strong. However I use oils on my dogs and my vet is all for it
def. check with your own vet first - my vet says no!!! especially on small dogs.
kathy m omg everywhere I look I get different answers from everyone- including vets! How can this not be a simple yes or no answer 😫😫
i wish many things were simple yes and no answers - lol - but that why i said check with YOUR vet - see what they think - like sooo many things i suspect moderation is probably key - i wouldn't be rubbing the dog with them! - if you are just diffusing them a little is probably ok - i would just like to add - essential oils can smell nice - but thats about it - they aren't magic - they aren't going to detoxify you or heal you of anything!! - and they can get very pricey!!!!!! - i know people who were selling another brand and in the end got sick of the expense and felt was a big waste of $$$$ and got tired of strong smell that got into everything in their house!
I’m not super well-versed on oils that are safe/not safe for dogs but I do know for a fact that many cases have been reported where dogs and cats were killed by exposure to diffused tea tree oil and eucalyptus oil. Those more “medicinal” smelling oils seem to be the most harmful and cannot be diffused in the same home as an animal.
I want to get this starter kit because I know it’s such a good deal. I just can’t understand how they can sell the kits at such a discount when everything is so expensive. Pan away is over $80 wholesale for the 15ml how are they giving it in a $160 kit? They would be losing so much money. No company does anything to lose money so to me that means they are still making a profit when they sell the kits so in general the oils have to be way over priced .... or am I overthinking this?
Hi Becca! I love your channel and I also listen to your podcast - I have been using Eden's Garden EOs for a few months now and I have used them for skincare and diffusing but I just don't love the smell of any or see any changes that they claim to do. I see you and other EO-lovers react soo positively to them and I just have not gotten that. Is it because of the brand? I have done so much research and it seems like YL is so much more expensive and there are theories that it isn't truly as pure as they say - but I don't know how people know or what determines this. HELP! This video is convincing me to go YL, but I just don't know!
Stephanie S it's her job to convince you, as you said, to buy from YL. There are plenty of EO sellers that aren't pyramid schemes.
Plant Therapy is supposed to be really good. I buy mine local at a health food store because I like to smell them.

i have read that too - also, i think people need to use caution with oils - especially if pregnant - "all natural" doesn't mean that its safe!!! - many highly toxic substances are "natural"

One of the big differences is YL is the only EO company that owns their farms, so for me that set the bar high when researching with company to go with.
