@@xCanadensis series 2 Amaya is available on Walmart’s website but for some reason she’s not listed as Amaya she’s just listed as a “rainbow high fashion doll” and the MGA logo shows up for her listening instead of the actual doll, I found her by surprise and was like omg I scrolled past her so many times.
I can tell that the orange and blue. Hair you used is a low grade kanekalon since it winkled during the boil (also you said it's cheap). You can still save the hair and make it straight again. By boil washing again but heating the water at a lower temperature (most likely medium heat or lower). But since you like the burned look this could be a piece of. Help if in the future you accidentally burn a kanekalon doll's hair.
I reeeeeally like it crinkled honestly! I kind of want to damage it more but I'm scared of it actually melting. And that is actually really good to know, thank you!
Thats so nice !!!! I saw the first video on the one you made first and I loved it I find it very inspiring because I myself make customs dolls and I would love to try to make them on the rainbow high! big like on this video!😊👍👍❤️❤️

I guess it's easy money. I got them for possible customs or maybe to trade for Dazzle who I don't already have. I would feel awful clearing shelves just for a few extra bucks but most people don't care
But I did get some dolls that I didn't have like groovy babe and a furniture set but I feel horrible to the parents who wants to buy that toy for there kids and pay an exorbitant amount of money for it
I'll try and do an actual reroot tutorial :) But the tool is just an X-Acto knife with a sewing needle stuck where the knife would go. Then you just cut the needle with wire cutters!

I am SO scared to reroot a rainbow high girl! My customs all have dyed hair instead. I’ve also yet to try eye swapping, but now that I have extras of each, I’m gonna give it a try. Also, I LOVE your customs! They’re so cute! Thanks for sharing with the world :)
I've seen your dyed customs and am OBSESSED!! I love the color gradient the dye creates so much! I am actually really wanting to dye some RH clothes for my customs but I'm really scared to do it because of possible staining :( The eye swaps are actually pretty painless and simple and so much fun! I hope we get even more eye colors to play with soon! I'm FULLY invested in buying 3 of each doll at this point ahaha
@@xCanadensis from what I can gather, putting dyed clothes through the wash on a light cycle and then putting them in the dryer helps take out the excess dye so it doesn’t stain! I also really hope we get more eye colors too! Mixing and matching them really allows us to be creative without having to make eyes from scratch. That also sounds like a huge undertaking lol
Like as a concept? Yes I think it would be really different and subvert the expectation of the Rainbow High theme. I definitely want a bunch with natural hair as I said prior

What I recommend is that you use the hair damp so its easier. I have rerooted using the sewing method and damp hair is so much easier.
Oof that sewing method is such a pain!
