- Two US Senators have demanded that the CFTC hand over all records of their communication with Sam Bankman-Fried, FTX, and associates. The Senators seem to be gunning for dirt on Sam + the CFTC but they'll get more than they bargained for.

A lot of those emails could be considered as attorney client privilege. I’d be shocked if a lot was revealed that way. Especially if the firm is going to produce this information themselves. They’re not Trump lawyers so catching them might be more difficult.

You are clearly milking this whole saga on all fronts. You celebrated SBF guilty judgement. Called him a fraud. Now, you are insinuating that the lawyers are the fraudsters. If the lawyers are fraudsters, is it possible that the man you called a fraudster, SBF, could, in fact, be innocent and was set up by these fraudulent lawyers??

I don't think SBF is innocent - he clearly misappropriated funds. But I am starting to think he has been a pawn in a way I didn't previously realize
@TheCPRshow I appreciate that you are considering the fact that he was possibly played by people far more intelligent than him who know the law far better than him. SBF said he was advised by his lawyers to put company under administration. A decision he now regrets. All FTX investor assets are whole (in fact, they have gained in value). How is it possible for one to have defrauded investors if investors' assets have gained in value? No investor assets lost. Both things cannot be true at the same time. If you invested $10k 3 years ago and your $10k in 2024 is now worth $100k due to SBF strategically spending your funds for worldwide adoption of crypto, spending the money on congress, on famous athletes, all the marketing strategies he deployed that have now resulted in crypto ETFs being approved, you reap the rewards but ask that he be arrested for fraud. How? It makes no sense. Who was defrauded if no one lost money?
