I know what you mean about the pillows. We stayed at Disney's Port Orleans. I took a picture of the pillow tag, came home and immediately called the company and ordered two. The manufacturer was actually cheaper than Amazon by 50%. Best purchase ever!!

I went to Universal with my aunt and daughter in 2013 and we stayed at Royal Pacific. I loved the Age of Travel aesthetic. I love that place. One night, I went to the pool with my daughter and we got ourselves some ice cream while watching Madagascar. That’s one memory I will cherish til the day I die. We never got to see a luau so I hope you’re able to make a video about it.

If you've never heard of ParkScents, they are a third party company that makes theme park inspired candles. They have a few really good and accurate ones, but two of their best are for the E.T Adventure and Royal Pacific (they call it Royal Sapphire). Especially the one for Royal Pacific is extremely accurate. You smell it and you are immediately transported into the lobby.

I purchased the 4 small candle pack earlier this year and I was really impressed with how accurate the smells are. I ordered Haunted Mansion & Pirates Caribbean out of curiosity, and they really do smell just like the rides. My favorite scents (and the candles I will definitely order again) are the Wilderness lodge and Polynesian.

I stayed at Royal Pacific my last trip and loved everything about it. I had a view of Islands of Adventure from my room and loved watching the rides go through their course from my room. I loved being able to easily walk to City Walk and the park entrances, it made it really easy to come and go to the parks throughout the day.

It’s crazy how close RP is to Islands even though there’s a road between them! Lol we love how close the premier hotels are, too. It’s so convenient to be able to run back and forth between the parks and your hotel!

My best friend and I have visited Universal together three times over the years. We always stay at Royal Pacific and love it for so many of the reasons that you mentioned. This past March we brought my oldest with us so he could experience it, and we had so much fun. We make a point of eating at Jake's and Orchid every time, and they never disappoint.

Ahh so much to say! First off YES TYLER YES ITS A THING NOW 🤣 😂
So glad to see this! Made my heart so happy after our stay there. If you like key lime you have to try the key lime cake at jakes but fair warning it's massive! And the pretzel rods also at Jake's are 🤤. I thought Aluc would love the splash pad, but that water is COLD so he stayed in the pool. There are 2 hot tubs, but we didn't know that until our last day because they are hidden over by the bar.
The luau is AMAZING. The pricing varies normal vs priority seating. you don't need priority, not a bad seat imo, but you do get a cool tiki cup if you do it.

We’ve heard Jake’s just has great desserts period! We didn’t see the hot tubs when we were there either so they’ve hidden them well! Lol we’re so glad you enjoyed your trip, and I think that tiki cup might be enough to convince us to do the luau! 😂

Been waiting for your royal pacific deep dive. Our favorite hotel in Orlando for twenty plus years. And the Orchid lounge love is on point. Fantastic affordable sushi and it’s normally open until 11 pm or later depending on time of year so you can hit it after a late night at the parks. Will be back in September!

We are staying at the Hard Rock. We love to be able to walk to the parks and the Express Pass. Definitely expensive, but we usually feel it is worth it since we go at busy times of year...........We love you website and maybe we will see in the parks!! My wife and I had to purchase the 'Portofino' scent from that website after we fell in love with it a couple of years ago. We got a small oil diffuser and the 'bright sunshine social house' scent, which we think is the same for Portofino and Sapphire Falls. It smells AMAZING! Keep up the good work guys!

Royal Pacific is my and my wife's favorite Universal hotel. The sushi is terrific. You had the correct level of excitement in wanting to dominate it and getting there early lol. We always pick up our park tickets at the hotel; that's a great time-saving tip. Jake's is a really good restaurant. Glad the bed/mattress test made it into the video lol. Hopefully, the dogs stay next time!

Royal Pacific is our favorite Universal hotel. My favorite pretzels are the jalapeno & cheddar and the Hawaiian. Absolutely LOVE the atmosphere. We're staying at Cabana Bay next time we're there though. HHN!

I live in Gallatin, TN and got the privilege of going on a work trip weekend back in April of 2022. The room was gorgeous and the hotel very clean, professional, peaceful, and resort-like. The breakfast buffet was delicious, BUT make sure you budget accordingly! lol.

Love that Royal Pacific is dog friendly!🐶Definitely wanna try this resort one one day. Looks beautiful and getting the express passes thrown in as part of the hotel fee is definitely a Great Perk. I’ve been to cabana bay, which was awesome. We are going to stay at Aventura this September because it looks pretty modern and sleek, but this resort just looks absolutely beautiful❤🎉

Unfortunately, it was uncomfortably scorching as it was held outdoor. Seating was random based on the number of people in your party. We ended up sharing a table with another family. The show was nice and fun, but we would have enjoyed it more if it was inside with the AC in July. I'm planning a mini vacation for my boys and me this summer. I enjoyed your video and appreciated a sneak peak of what the resort offers. Nice job! 😊

We just left there yesterday! First time there and we loved it! Cabana Bay has always been our favorite but this one might be giving Cabana a run for its money! (Gelato at Tuk Tuk Market after a hot day in the park…👌)
