you might want to consider burning the factory latex off the inner rear arches, as if the outers are that bad, there's going to be hidden rot you can't see, we've done enough to know that (Essex Supras), plus do not skim the head without checking its straight, or you'll be putting a warped head back oinwith a straight edge and that won't seal
