What's up my beautiful people!? This video was from week 9 of marathon training and I got to do it in Flagstaff with NAZ elite!!! With the high altitude and cold temps it wasn't my easiest week but it was amazing for my training. Finally got to meet my coach, Ben in person and "run" with some of the best runners out there (you'll see what I mean). It also happened to be peak week and most miles ran during my training block so it was awesome to share most of those miles with them... stay tuned for more to come! Can't believe the marathon is just over a week away! Let's get it, let's go!

this is wild.., and to think I used to play in a rugby tournament in flagstaff, back in the day. That altitude is no joke, it will make you stronger for sure.
With that I thought I could run Bolder Boulder, and I would be fine.., nope, back to life, back to reality.., start stop running while playing a sport, is different than straight run for 6.2 miles at altitude.
